Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Nanshan Reviews

It is my 5th or 6th time staying in this hotel. The hotel is very new and clean. The view is astonishing!!!It is still my all time favorite hotel in Shenzhen. Especially the service is so good and will still choose to stay here for my next visit to Shenzhen.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, organized, clean, and neat.  It also had a great view with a small couch and a table by the window, it was nice to work while watching a great view.  The staff was nice and it did not take too long to check in or check out. They offer luggage keeping service. Personally, I like the structure of shower room and washroom, placement of the bathtub, selections of teas and drip bag (they have decaf), hair dryer, large window. The location is great too. It was very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport, and it is just right above the metro station, I would say one minute walk. Although you have to transfer one time, it takes less than 20 minutes to get to the Futian station where you can take the train to get to Hong Kong.   I would definitely like to visit here again when I travel to Shenzhen next time.

Everything was great, there was just a lingering smoking smell in the room. Service was great, all had great care and the view was superb!

I’m very surprised with the quality of the hotel with the price it charged. Totally worth the value! Location is superb! Less than 10 minutes walk to MIXC and a subway D entrance is inside the hotel building so super easy to get to everywhere. Special thanks to the front desk staff to give us an upgrade upon check-in.😊 Also great thanks to housekeeping staff 黃喜梅 for being so thoughtful! We will definitely back stay again soon!

The high floor and view are so refreshing. We were lucky to witness bright light, moving clouds, heavy rain and beautiful sunset all in two hours.

Best western - chinese breakfast in town. I always loved the stays at crowne plaza. Very good location

Very new, sophisticated and modern decorated hotel rooms, the actual room looks even prettier than the pictures itself. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food at the buffet is superb. Fitness level is well equipped. We are travelling with 2 mid ages couples either 2 kids and 2 elderly, everyone has nothing but compliments of the rooms and the whole stay. We wish to have stayed for even more nights with Crowne Plaza. Thank you for your hospitality!

Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is attentive, provided a beautiful cake for my son's birthday as a gift. Breakfast buffet was very satisfying, a wide range of food and many made on the spot stations serving hot food . Location is convenient too.

Well known brand hotel thats suits its star ratings. Location is good just above underground train station. Lobby and rooms located at high floors which have good views all around the building. Good a free upgrade to bigger room. Stayed for 2 nights and got a 1 for 1 breakfast deal by counter staff upon check-in. Good a pleasure and warmth service by a gentleman name Alex.

The room is new & modern with nice swimming pool. The services is excellent and handle requests very well. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Great Front Desk Staff. Great Location. Rooms are the best Metro is right below. Market is Beside. And there are lots of 24hour stores. 5 star at its best. Will defintely come back.
