It has convenient transportation and is well-equipped for dining, drinking, and entertainment. It is your best choice for travel. The chair did indeed have signs of a loose screw, but it has now been tightened and is functioning normally. 2. The mattress is described as either too soft or too firm, though some find it quite comfortable. It's a matter of personal preference, and we can't precisely assess your requirements. 3. Regarding the air conditioning, it previously only automatically shuts off in the living room (not in the bedroom) at 4:00 AM, with no manual intervention, and we've never had any guest complaints about the issue you describe. Since you mentioned a problem on the first day, why didn't you contact us to resolve it? Why did you have to endure it for two or three days? It's hard to imagine you're leaving a negative review just for the sake of it. If you have any issues during your stay, we encourage you to contact us immediately and we'll be happy to offer a room change or a free upgrade. I have one more thing to discuss with you: when you checked out, the floor was covered in takeout trash, and the entire room reeked. I've never encountered such uncivilized guest behavior. As a service provider, we can't change or demand others' behavior, but we sincerely hope we can all be responsible consumers and work together to build a civilized and harmonious society.
