Not like the pictures at all. Everything just look aged and used. The wall fabric is peeling off. The washroom feels dirty. The front desk girls were nice and switch me to another room that looks slightly cleaner. We needed up cancelling the rest of the stay and move across the street to Atour.

This hotel is near SiHai MTR station. So, it is very convenience to use public transportation.

Very easy to find. The staff are great! One reason I stayed was the VALUE, cost/benefits. The cheapest room was sufficient! I saw their best room and will use that when I've got clients/friends visiting. Wifi like most hotels a bit touch and go. But rooms and staff are lovely. Pretty quiet. Slept well everynight and extended my stay.

Effortless

The hotel is located in a remote area, it's not convenient to eat around, the air conditioner doesn't cool at all, there's a lot of dust, it hasn't been cleaned for a long time, there's no fan, and the hotel didn't arrange to change rooms. I stayed there for one night, it was so hot, and I had an upper respiratory tract infection the next morning, my voice changed, I took a lot of medicine, but I kept coughing, it was so uncomfortable

1. Booked a duplex room for one night. The room is on the second floor and is very small, and the living room on the first floor is not very big either. Basically we didn't use the first floor. The single bed is a folding bed, which feels like it was added deliberately. 2. When booking the room, I was attracted by the words "two bathrooms", but unfortunately, only the bathroom on the second floor has a shower! Feeling cheated. 3. There is a green light on the ceiling above the bed, and I am worried that it might be a camera. 4. The ceiling is made of glass and covered with metal plates. It should be very hot in the summer, and the sun will shine in during the day, which is very strange. 5. The room on the second floor has no desk, no wardrobe, no chair, and not even a clothes hook in the bathroom. Facilities need to be improved. The only good thing is that the room is well cooled.

There were no cocktails during the Chinese New Year. The window of our room was a fire escape staircase. We asked to change rooms but were refused. The shower room had no door and the water ran out of the toilet.

During the Chinese New Year, there were not many service staff, and the bar and restaurant next to the hotel were also closed, so I couldn't enjoy the free cocktails. The duplex room has a large space and a very high ceiling, giving you the feeling of living in a mansion. The giant screen projection is a great experience for watching movies, but there are not many movies to watch, and most of them require a VIP account. It feels like a waste of this equipment, and this service should be provided for customers to experience.

The hotel is a single three-storey building. I stayed in a double-storey unit which was quite comfortable and I slept soundly. I have never slept so well. It is very quiet. The air conditioner is reliable. There is plenty of hot water. The family of four lived very well. The son asked to stay for one more day. I think the cost performance is high. The little sister at the front desk has a good work attitude and deserves praise! Very satisfied with this trip 😀

Facilities: The hotel has been open for several years and the facilities are still new Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean and tidy I have lived here for several years. I must stay here when I come to Shenzhen Nanyou to get goods. It is very close. Now there is a new small bar. You can come down to have a drink in the evening. Xiao Zhou at the front desk provides good service👍

Every time I come to Shenzhen on a business trip, I stay at this hotel. I'm used to it. There is a small bar at the door. At night, you can go to the small bar outside to have free cocktails [beer]. The facilities in the room are relatively complete and very convenient. I recommend this hotel to many friends who come to stay. The front desk waiter Xiao Luo and the housekeeper are very nice.

The room is very quiet and soundproof. The bathroom at home was recently renovated and I couldn't take a shower. I stayed for five days. It's close to home and the bar downstairs is also very comfortable. Drinks and snacks are also given. The housekeeper Xiao Luo is considerate. I will come again next time
