This is a fabulous hotel to stay and right next to Mei King subway station

Without a doubt, silent environment and great customer service provided.

Great place to crash. Lots of options nearby and metro station is right out front.

The service is very good. and I like the bed which fit for two person so that I can sleep comfortably. I will come back next time for sure !!

A terrible check-in experience. 1. There are no slippers in the room. I thought I couldn't find them. I searched for a long time and was exhausted. In the end, I took a bath barefoot. Well, the hotel didn't put them. Don't tell me to call you to get them. This is a customer experience problem. 2. The charger is broken. When I checked in, I asked the front desk and they said there was a charger, but it turned out to be a cable and it still couldn't be charged. I went downstairs to find a power bank, and the elevator waited for a long time. Anyway, I was tired, and finally I got a power bank, but it was full. The front desk said they didn't know where to find it. Customer experience problem. 3. There is no face towel on the sink. There are only hard bath towels and big towels, which are heavy and hard. I scratch my skin when I wipe my face. Please get a small towel, thank you. Customer experience problem. 4. I checked out after staying for four hours. . I said there were no slippers in your room, but the front desk didn't care. Just let me put the card down. . According to my understanding of hotel management, when guests check out in the middle of the night, don't they always ask if they are satisfied with their stay? The price is expensive, but the service is so-so. Jinjiang, do you have the nerve to label Vienna as a four-star hotel?

Are the current ratings all based on the cost? The high score of 4.8 is so eye-catching, but the reality is that it doesn't even reach 4 points. Neither the hardware facilities nor the sanitary environment meet this high score. Just to name a few, the TV has no network, and the front desk said there is no network. The noise level when the air conditioner is turned on is so loud that it is impossible to rest, the windows are old and can't be closed, the bed sheets are not covered, the service at the front desk is hard to describe, etc. This configuration is just a 100-plus-dollar express hotel. If it is this price, I would accept it, but you sell it for more than 400, completely relying on the high score of 4.8 that you don't know how to get to fool people. This is the biggest pit I fell into recently.

The room is clean and tidy. The service is warm. It is very close to Lianhuashan Park and can be reached by bus. The transportation is convenient. There are subways and buses at the door for convenient travel. It is a good choice to stay here when traveling to Shenzhen during the Spring Festival.

The facilities are old, and I hope they can upgrade some smart systems. The room is not big, the window is small, the breakfast is rich, the service is good, and the location is good, not far from Mixc and Botanical Garden.
