It's my first experiennce to stay at Ji Hotel brand, I am very impressed by the front desk Bella who is the most cheerful and helpful reception I ever seen. Love this newly built hotel, clean, well equipped. Breakfast varieties ok and taste not bad. Love the laundry room. There has lots of shopping mall and night market. Supermarket just nearby, overall experience is so good, I will be back.

Staff are helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and tidy. It is a brand new hotel in Shenzhen which is in close proximity to 壹方天地

Subway construction are noisy, Walk to subway station not good.

The sheets and towels are clean! The windows and doors are also equipped with mosquito nets, making it convenient to open the windows for ventilation! 🛀Bathroom: The toilet and bathroom are separated into dry and wet areas (the water pressure of the shower tap in the bathroom is slow and needs to be improved) The hotel only provides shower gel, shampoo and hand soap, but no conditioner. I booked a room with breakfast for my friend, but I didn't get a breakfast coupon. When I chose the floor and room location, I wasn't told that there was a construction site nearby, and I didn't get earplugs. The construction started at 7 or 8 in the morning. The room glass is not double-layered for soundproofing, and it's still too noisy to sleep even when it's closed.

There are only two small elevators, and the waiting time is very long. More importantly, there is construction at the door. I live on the 16th floor, and there is a lot of noise. I saw that it ended at 10 pm and continued before 8 am. It was noisy.
