This time I came to Shenzhen, there is an InterContinental Holiday Inn near Nantou Ancient City, which has been open for about half a year. I stayed there for four days. The transportation was convenient during the period. It was only a few steps away from Exit B of Zhongshan Park Metro Station. The hotel's hardware facilities were very good. During the period, friends came to visit, parking was convenient, and the surrounding facilities were complete, Starbucks, KFC, and I also found a Cai Lin Ji, hot dry noodles are more authentic, Majialong Community Hospital is also within 200m nearby, in short, it can solve all problems of business trips. When checking out, I saw Guo Ting at the front desk again. She is a very professional hotel staff. When checking in, I found that she has good handwriting, dignified manners, and good ways to see off guests. To be honest, this place makes guests feel at home.

The hotel is very close to the railway station and there are restaurants nearby. Except for hair on the sofa in the room and food stains on the countertop, the room environment is very new. The towels are new, clean and soft. The hotel's breakfast has many varieties and is freshly prepared. It tastes good overall, but the pork chop is too dry and tough to bite.

It's a new hotel that's been open for a month, but the water can't go to the bathroom. As soon as I take a shower, the shower water from my front hand pours back, which makes me feel sick. The welcome tea at the door was not sincere. It was filled with ice cubes and I was worried that I would have diarrhea after drinking it.

Arrived at the hotel late at night. Because the hotel does not have double bed rooms. So the room was upgraded to the largest suite. The room is over 100 square meters. There is a bathtub and two toilets. There is plenty of space. But maybe Holiday Inn takes a more down-to-earth route. The largest suite doesn’t even have a coffee machine😂 and the big bed is not a King bed either. The bath products are not of high quality either, giving people a feeling of being too big and useless. After all, it is a free upgrade. It’s okay to experience it. It is worth praising that the air conditioning in the room is very powerful. Many hotels in Shenzhen fail to meet this requirement.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, very clean, and the staff is very polite. Although the breakfast is not at the top level, it is quite rich and reaches a certain level. The only drawback is that the shower water pressure is relatively low.

The hotel is located at Exit B of Zhongshan Park Subway Station, with convenient transportation; there are many restaurants nearby, and it is close to Zhongshan Park. The location is excellent! There are sufficient service counters in the lobby, so you can check in without waiting. After completing the registration and going to the room, I found that there was no refrigerator provided in the room, so I called the front desk staff to check. The female staff member who answered the phone said... "Because the room I booked is on a low floor, there is no refrigerator!"... But the hotel reservation platform listed Refrigerators are obviously provided! In addition, the bedside table in the room was loose, so I asked if I could change to another room. After a round of discussion, a male staff member came up personally and provided the key card for another room. The room is clean and tidy, and the housekeeper is very polite, which is worthy of praise! The buffet breakfast has many choices and tastes good!

The water pressure in the shower and wash basin is slightly insufficient; the overall light in the room is a bit dark, especially where you look in the mirror. Apart from this, I am very satisfied with all other aspects. The staff are friendly, courteous and efficient; the environment is excellent and the supplies and facilities are sufficient and complete.
