Hilton Garden Inn Hotels in Shenzhen

I feel like the air conditioner in the hotel might be broken. I'm extremely hot and stuffy. Janet brought me a fan, and I'm very satisfied with her proactive attitude in solving the problem. However, the room is just too hot. I hope the hotel can make some improvements.

Location: Close to 2 MTR lines (another 1 5-10 more min walks away) Area: Quiet area yet close enough for easy access of all business and family travel requirements Room is clean and service is great. Will recommend to friends and families.

This is a very good hotel. It has been in business for more than ten years. Every year when I come to China, I will book this hotel. Not only is it very close to the International Convention and Exhibition Center, but I also think the service of the hotel is very perfect. This time I came to the exhibition, the hotel meals booked by the team were very delicious. Welcome to this hotel.

The hotel staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very new as it has operated for only two weeks when we stayed there, hence the cleanliness level was very high. Unfortunately, the water pressure for shower on our floor was not high enough. Yet the hotel immediately arranged us to stay in another room and even arranged an upgrade. We were satisfied with their arrangement, would recommend other people to stay in the same hotel.

This hotel is my second time and I will come again and again... It's great hotel for business purpose.. Around is very nice... Food and everything.. Hotel staff very nice.. The supervisor is professional . Breakfast is nice

We stayed as we were there to attend the car show. Very close to the exhibition centre with a bridge linking to Hall 18, which I think would be great information to put on the hotel website. Very friendly attentive staff at the Sheraton coffee shops where we had breakfast especially those on the floor cleaning, setting the table and the lady manning the dessert counter all by herself! And the Sheraton concierge lady who escorted me with an umbrella over to my hotel. Loved the Thomas Roth toiletries!
