The location of the hotel is very convenient to get around, Sea World and ferris wheel are within half an hour by car. Staff were very friendly and kind, especially Betty at the front desk.

During my stay at Hilton garden inn, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Especially Mia, in the front desk, the check-in to the personalized touches throughout my stay, it was clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I recommend this hotel for anyone seeking top-notch service

They had good service , the hotel room was very clean & had no smell. Reception and the other staff could not speak English nor understand my requests , but after showing them sample of getting an extra blanket because it was cold , the request was resolved quickly, they where really friendly and was happy to help.

The hotel was great, nice, classy and close to the Expo! There is a lovely shopping mall area behind the hotel with great selection of Food choices! Sandy the service staff was extrenely helpful to us, providing us directions to places of visits and even helping us to book for our taxis with her own app. She also connected us via WECHAT to inform us of a personal item that we left behind, offering to keep it for us till next trip! It’s great for entertaining clients on business trips! It's a pity that the window of this room can't be closed and there is some noise! The breakfast was delicious. The salad even had ”ice grass”... The overall feeling was good.

Check-in & Out was a breeze. Hotel room was Big & Clean and very comfortable. There is a laundry room and Gym at level 5. The only lacking facility is there isn't a swimming pool nor steam room. Location and environment is very good. Nearby has ample shopping center.
