Very nice hotel, strategic location just in front of a metro station, though there's quite a fair bit of stairs you need to climb up, but there's an alternative route if you wish to take an escalator which is further away
One thing to improve, housekeeping service is a bit too slow... I was out and came back around 5pm but the room is still yet to be cleaned. And there seems to be no heater in the room too.

The front desk was very helpful and called me a day in advanced to confirm the booking and sent the map and direction to the hotel. It can get confusing because the hotel is located at a building where you cannot see any of its signage from exterior.
But once you get the direction to the check-in lobby located at Level 6, it is quite straight forward.
We landed very late, way past midnite and there was a guarded entrance A2 at the foot of the building where the security directed us to the check in lobby.
The location is excellent and easy access to the best mall in Shenzhen, One Avenue. It is also served by two Metro Lines 1 and 10, which can get us to almost all the main attractions in Shenzhen. It is easy to get taxis as the main road right in front of hotel always have plenty of taxis waiting to pick up passenger.
The only downside of our visit was the fumigation that just taken place and everyday we will find dead baby cockroaches on our living room floors. But the room service response is very good, once you text them by WeChat, within 5 mins, the staff is here to clean up and attend to our other needs.

I had an exceptional stay at this high-rise hotel with stunning city views. The room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking vistas of the surrounding skyscrapers. The location was perfect, situated in a prime area with easy access to major attractions. The staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality, consistently ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. The modern amenities included a well-equipped fitness area with exercise balls. While the room was on the smaller side, the efficient layout and contemporary furnishings made excellent use of the space. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers seeking a sophisticated urban experience.

The hotel is situated atop a 44-floor complex that includes a shopping center and offices. Unfortunately, there are only four elevators to serve the entire building, which makes waiting times excruciatingly long, especially during office hours and lunch breaks. The elevators stop at nearly every floor, making it a frustrating experience whether you're heading up or down. This was the only significant negative during my stay.
On the positive side, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming compared to another 5 stars property which cost twice as much. However, they seemed quite young and lacked in-depth knowledge about the city. This seems to be a common trend in many hotels I've stayed at across China, as most staff members are not locals and come from other cities or provinces. Despite this, their warmth and willingness to help made up for the lack of local expertise.

This stay experience is excellent! The location is excellent, the subway station is just a few steps away, shopping malls, shopping and dining are very convenient. The hotel facilities are also very complete, the room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are of high quality. There is also a giant screen projector and everything else, as well as high-speed and stable wifi. The service of the hotel front desk No. 02 worker is really thoughtful, it must be given five stars!

The service from the front desk was very good and polite. They are very helpful.
However the room itself can be improved. It was a non smoking room but still having guest smoking in the room, causing the room and hallway full of smell. I was being awaken in the middle of the night because the smell from the smoke was too strong. The ventilation system in the room can be improved too.
I think the hotel needs to enforce more strict rule in terms of the smoking regulation.
About 10min walk to the nearest 红山 station. Shenzhen north station probably need to have to take Didi. Quite a distance to walk.

The hotel.is located right above Houhai Metro Station making it super covenient to move around the city in public transportation.
Rooms are tastefuly decorated and very comfortable. This is the 2nd time I stay at the Hyde and would not choose another hotel. There is a lot of food shops for all tastes and cusines around the hotel too.
However the best asset the hotel has is Miss Della. She was always trying to help and beyond everytime. Plus she always did it with a big smile. She made going into the lobby feel like coming home.

Our experience at the hotel was wonderful! The staff’s attention to detail made our baby shower celebration truly special, and we are so grateful for their efforts. The hotel itself was elegant and beautifully designed, creating a perfect atmosphere for our stay. During our two-night visit, we enjoyed a great selection of breakfast options and found the gym facilities to be exceptional—a real treat for fitness enthusiasts. It was a fantastic stay overall!

I requested one baby bed ahead, nobody checked the request and also no reply about the request confirmation.
I was waiting so long for the baby bed delivery to my room, but when I asked the receptionist, they trying to use the translator to inform me the hotel don’t have any baby bed.
I booked another hotel to my wife and baby daughter to sleep comfortable .
If you have family and small children, I don’t recommend that hotel !
Family room is just a king bed, just like another room,

AAlsace KVery nice and helpful staff, front desk, vogue cafe and cleaning ladies. Although it located a bit far, the surrounding is super nice and quiet. During CNY, there’s dragon dance and staff were very busy but still maintain superb service, we can see staff from other departments helping out breakfast service to keep customers happy. Especially the front desk staff 何子椽helped out our food delivery (we don’t speak much mandarin) and other staff helped out for a broken locker scan and sent fruits to apologise for the inconvenience, not the value of the fruit but we appreciated the gesture. They made our stay happy and want to come back during Summer time. Indoor pool also nice and clean. Very well done and great team!

SSmartcanuckHotel is nice with a good pool for the dameisha area but very overpriced. The price of the hotel is like a 5 star international brand but it doesn’t deliver like it is 5 start. The management and its owners need to really re consider their pricing and their training of staff.
Pros - hotel is new, nicely renovated, and they have hired a lot of staff who are putting in effort. Their towels are very fluffy and nice. Robe is soft, absorbent and high quality. the breakfast has some selection but the cooked items could be improved so it’s less dry but it is acceptable and not bad with a good coffee machine and some western cereal (ran out of cold milk but staff found some ) . Pool is large, clean and beautiful, (not deep) and not very chlorinated, the bar has drinks (but no food). Photography package is a good idea, but photographers needs more experience. Bathtub is pretty, has salts and loofah sponge. TV has a Chinese Netflix and western movies (but you have to know Chinese to read the selections) and it has a music selection too.
Toiletries included with a good the if travel size Colgate. Fridge had one sprite one coke two Thai brand sparkling water bottles and two water bottles. Two packets of tea available, and one pack of coffee concentrate. Generally everything was clean. Breakfast pictures are included because it was vague
Cons- BUT staff are inexperienced, too young, lack training, slow and inefficient. If they change this much money They need to hire staff that are experienced and have a details, thorough and careful training program. They need to have more managers to manage the operations and the staff to develop the necessary soft skills. The management seem unrealistic hiring many inexperienced staff trying to deliver 5 star service. It’s better to hire more older more experienced 5 star staff with hotel experience to guide the staff instead of hiring so many very very young inexperienced staff . Though the staff are sincere and put in their best efforts but it looks like this is their first job, and I don’t expect much from them. They’re slow, inefficient, and lost because of a lack of experience. Many of my requests were lost and required several follow reminders.
Even though I have used the new automated toilets but their toilet was difficult to use and not flushing (low water pressure) bathtub and shower are poorly designed (but look pretty) and are hard to use. Restaurant was unable to explain what their 399 set dinner was, and didn’t have any photos
Manager Zhou was very effective at trying to follow up and apologising. She was thoughtful and willing to listen. But upper management needs to change, and hire more managers, and develop a detailed training program (not just 1-2 days) but much longer and more ongoing. I’m afraid to ask if they can even speak English. Overall this hotel isn’t ready, overpriced and this should just be a soft launch, with discounted prices. If you’re gonna pay this much go to another real 5 star hotel, or only book their cheapest room. But if you really like swimming then it’s worth considering cause the pool is nice.

CChuk WanAs a budget business hotel, we are satisfied with the stay as a whole. The room is new and clean, and the hotel is in a business building. Disposable slipper and other amentilies like tooth brush, tooth paste and comb are provided. What's a plus is there is a large projector inside room for viewing movies.
One point liked to highlight is the front line staff William has provided excellent services. He greeted us with a smiling face and provided a free welcome fruit plater to us when we checkrd in. He even took the fruit plate to us in person after we arrived room. We did not book room with breakfast but William was so kind to offer 2 breakfast to us as complimentary. Given the so nice services, we will be back if we go to Shenzhen next time.

HHaydenWe booked a 2-night stay over the Easter holiday. The location is excellent, situated next to a mall and just a few metro stops away from the Futian High-Speed Rail train station. Our overall experience was positive. However, upon entering our initial room, we discovered a used sock and a pack of cigarettes on the floor. The staff promptly relocated us to another room and even provided an upgrade. While the new room was more spacious than the one we had originally booked, such oversights from a renowned brand were unacceptable.
Another notable point was the absence of automated delivery robots for takeaway service at the hotel. Instead of enjoying the convenience of food delivered directly to our room, we had to take the lift to the lobby on the 95th floor and then back down to the 1st floor to collect our food, which was stored in a wooden drawer without any insulating features. This was different to the typical hotel experience, where staff or robots will help to deliver the food to rooms and was a slight inconvenience.
Despite these issues, we were satisfied with our stay on the whole.

Staff were extremely polite, proactive ,responsive, friendly, considerate and accommodating!
Although it took some time to checkin due to a short queue, the staff kept on apologizing (I was not complaining or even say a word though) and instantly arrange the room key for my family first before she even finish the checkin procedure because she saw I had a tired kid and an infant with me. They even proactively offered me a late checkout to 3pm for the long waiting (indeed just queued for around 15-20minutes) A big plus to the team who appear to be always thinking how to serve their customers better!
Room was prepared and setup for my birthday celebration and I received a complimentary birthday cake as well. Room was spacious with a special layout that I have never seen before, we loved it though and I think it's even better for a family like us whose kids like bath time a lot.
Breakfast was okay, variety of choices but taste is just average to me, coffee is the best I have ever tasted in a hotel buffet so far. Staff seems not as great as the concierge team though. I had valentine's day dinner buffet dinner as well but quality was not up to expectation, seafood was not fresh enough, crab legs, lobsters, way too dry or frozen dead. Others choices were just fine.
Overall, it was a great stay.

GGuest UserI always choice this hostel when I go to Shenzhen every year，I like the environment around this hostel。There is accident this time thate arranged a mistake room。Fhas ortunately，the Japanese friend is nice and kind，we had a short chat。Though the hostel was rearranged when I expressed the doubt。in hindsight, I think of a different cultural background, and I feel like I haven't handled it well。It's a bit of a pity that I didn't express it in person (The atmosphere is a bit depressing，to sum it up, if u don't understand each other's language and culture, there will really be an expression gap。Emmm，I will study hard now and after。)，and I apologize for not being able to help the Japanese friend solve some problems。By the way，I remembered it later，“孙文” is a common name for “孙中山（the common name in China）” in Japan and Taiwan。
However，the hostel is a nice choice that take communication with people from all over the word。

Ccf tangReception is very unfriendly and demanded a very high deposit for my booking of 2 rooms. He initially demanded for 5000CNY for deposit, which was exorbitant. Then after we questioned him on the high price for deposit, he lowered to 2000CNY, which we paid for.
Aren’t hotel deposits fixed? How can a hotel staff open any price he likes for deposit?
The staff even mocked us for not paying the initial deposit of 5000CNY, saying that this is an easy amount for anyone to spend. Hotel was nice and clean but reception staff is extremely unprofessional.
