"Since the day we arrived everything went the way it supposed to. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming (especially Eri and Bona the sweetest people we ever met), kind, and always ready to help, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh and flavorful options every day (you mustt try the sea foods and pasta’s). The beach was stunning—clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing or taking a swim. Everything about the place was spotless and beautifully maintained, from the rooms to the outdoor areas. You can tell they truly care about every detail. It was one of those stays where everything just felt easy and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway!"

"We stayed here the last week of June! I'm totally disappointed and the hotel kind of ruined the overall look and feel of our family vacation. We got a room on the first floor, which has nothing in common to the rooms shown in booking - bad looking, cheap furniture, leakage on the wall above the double bed. In the bathroom, the faucet was partially out of order, causing bathroom floods. In addition, the slope of the bathroom floor is not towards the siphon, but towards the room. The result you can guess. Our room was not cleaned until I asked at the reception for toilet paper and soap on the 4th or 5th day of our stay. In result, three rooms were cleaned. The next door guests were unlucky, as the intimate shower faucet was also out of order and it seemed the cleaning lady didn't turn it off completely, so their whole room flooded, including their suitcases, shoes, etc, left on the floor. But this wasn't even the worst. The hotel staff gave a mop the guest lady and told her to clean the room herself. I took a picture, see attached! On top of everything, it was really offensive that the hotel staff went to the room to count the linen (pillows, towels, etc), before returning our ids, which they held during the whole stay!!!"

"I stayed at Hotel Liss in Lezhë, Albania, for two nights, and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a short stay. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were very nice and modern, and the service was excellent. There is an indoor and outdoor restart where you can eat excellent food while enjoying the panoramic view of the city. I was particularly impressed when a staff member Mr. T. Uldedaj approached me to ask about my experience at the hotel and requested feedback to improve customer satisfaction. I later learned he owned the hotel and many other businesses in the area, including another beautiful hotel, Hotel Joly, near the Hotel Liss. The Hotel Liss is located in the center of Lezhë, near important historical sites such as the Obelisk of Convenat of Lezhë yr. 1444, and the Church of Saint Nicholas, where the remains of Skanderbeg are preserved in Lezhë, known as Skanderbeg's Mausoleum and the Lezhë Castle. The hotel is also only 5.5 km from Shëngjin Beach. I highly recommend staying here if you want to visit historical sites and enjoy beaches and Albanian cuisine."

"🤩 Very beautiful and quiet place, personal is nice and very friendly. The beds is comfortable and the breakfast is very taysty. 🌴 The pool is clean and the water in the pool is pleasant, there is a shower by the pool and towels can be requested at the reception. ⛱️ The beach near by hotel has black sand and the entrance to the sea is very gradual, the parasol is included in the price of 5 euros/day."

"For the money, this hotel offers a nice room: modern design and clean. Bed and beddings are comfortable. Strangely, on my second night there, part of the ceiling light just clicked on by itself, and I couldn't shut it off. It went off by itself after about a minute or two: a bit spooky. That is pretty much all you get though. The front desk is nice but not too helpful: they can't help arrange taxi or tell you accurate information about buses to Tirana. The breakfast they offer is not onsite: it is in the hotel's sister restaurant a few hundred meters away. There is a cafe next door, but it offers no food whatsoever: strictly coffee only (as it is with every other coffee bar in the neighborhood). So long as you know you are just getting a nice room and much else, you'd be fine."
