Thank you for your review of our hotel in your busy schedule. We deeply regret that we did not bring you a good stay experience. 1. The personal privacy issue you mentioned is indeed due to our hotel. Due to an operational error at the front desk, we copied your ID number incorrectly. We later found out and changed it in time. Your personal information has not been leaked. Please rest assured that we will provide timely training on the issue you raised to ensure that similar situations will not occur. 2. Regarding the injury you reported, the front desk received a notification and immediately went to understand what happened and reported it to the manager. The manager also called you and subsequently handed the matter over to the staff on each shift. The staff reported that you did not go through the front desk. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. 3. Regarding the clothing issue you reported, the front desk received the call and immediately confirmed with the housekeeping attendant who cleaned your room. It was confirmed that there was indeed no such problem. The hotel does not throw away guests' belongings at will. 4. Regarding the hair dryer issue, the hotel’s hair dryers are purchased uniformly by the group. We will also promptly investigate this issue and replace unqualified hair dryers. 5. Regarding the sound insulation issue, the hotel is located in the park and is relatively quiet. If you have any questions about the noise next door, please report it to the front desk as soon as possible and we will actively solve it for you. We will also make targeted improvements based on your suggestions to enhance the quality of our service. Once again, we would like to express our gratitude to you!
