Best breakfast ever. And I love the bakery there also,50% off after 7pm. Location close to MRT, but still need to walk short distance if you come out from main door, better to use the shortcut to go Mariana square and MRT.

Hotel in general was perfect, from the staff to the amenities and the condition of the room, nothing to pick on. Breakfast was also wonderful and recommend anyone who stays to definitely try the breakfast. Had a wonderful stay, thank you Ritz Carlton.

Second visit. Got a complimentary upgrade to club lounge access. Service at the Club Lounge was exquisite with smiles. Thankful for the upgrade but the cuisine was not suited for the palette of the traditiomal elderly. Room was clean and view was fantastic at level 32. The bathtub is always TV was an issue on the second day that kept restarting and could not be used for the entire second day, even after technical assistance. Overall still a great experience and would visit again!

This was the best experience for me. Jasper ong and violet tan were the best. Especially, they were so kind. And violet gave me the comfort of a mother. Helped a friend out at his Engagement Party. Booked a Room and engaged the hotel's help to decorate the room for the engagement. Glad that everything went as planned.

Booked elevated kallang because the view gets better as the level gets higher. The bathtub is the star of the room, especially with the hexoganal frame looking out

I actually booked a King, Marina Bay View for my birthday staycation and requested for higher floor. But during check-in, I was told that the hotel had overbooked the King room and whether I would mind taking a room with two single beds joined together with a $100 dining credit as a form of compensation. We decided to accept the offer but when we went up to the room, I'm a bit disappointed with the view as we were located at level 11 and once I opened the door I could immediately see the construction site directly infront of me before the Marina Bay View. It was really an eye sore. As it was a birthday staycation for myself, I had decided to see whether can I pay for an upgrade. In the end, I managed to pay for an upgrade to the Millenia Suite (the only suite left). The staff had given me a $300 discount and let me retain the $100 dining voucher. They are very fast in responding, and I'm impressed that all their staff are given the autonomy to provide guests the discount and benefits As I had stated, it was a birthday staycation, and the hotel had given me some chef's desserts and a handwritten personalised birthday card - this is really a very nice gesture! It actually costs a lot more than expected, but the view and the room at level 31 do make my birthday a memorable one.

it’s a nice view

I booked the room for my friend for 3 nights. in the daytime, there is renovation work next to us and it is too noisy until we cant even rest well.  and there are many miscommunication in between, staff called up to pay for deposit and I rushed to the hotel, but end up when I went to the counter, they told me no such thing where last night when I asked to extend for 1 more night, they already counted the deposit and room fee together, and when I told the staff im in rush, but the staff still insisted to explained the room benefits and breakfast and etc. I been mentioned 2-3 times im in rush and I came to make payment on behalf for the room where they are well known about all these, but still....

The employees are very thoughtful, friendly and helpful. The room is a bit old and may require some maintenance done. The timber floor is not quite even when walk on it although with a carpet. Overall the room is still very comfortable. Housekeeping found my charging cable not in good condition, they gave me a new one! That was really sweet! Thank you.

From Check In to Check Out, Staff are on point with their service and very helpful. Greetings all around and always in high spirits. Definitely contributed to my birthday celebrations.

The bed is firmly comfortable and the bathroom amenities are good too. The Republican lounge has a relaxing aura that together with a slip of “The Greatest” to remember Mohd Ali makes the stay all the more relaxing.

Friendly and accommodating .The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable
