"We were bed and breakfast The food was good but the restaurant was chaotic! The room was very good with a nice sea view,but the room was never cleaned during the 5 days of our stay! The staff on duty always tried to be helpful but they failed to forefill any of our requests! We asked for an iron, they hunted high and low for one but never found one!! The evening entertainment was very poor ! My biggest complaint was the parking arrangements!!!! I am disabled and I was assured disabled parking which didn't exist! There was one disabled space in the hotel ,but it was no wider than any other parking space!!!. I Parked in a parking space between the designated white lines at 3pm ,when I went to go out in the evening 3 coaches had parked in the coach area blocking my exit till the next morning.!!!!"

"I came here with a coach trip, so many of us had to be accommodated at the same time but the small team at the hotel were prepared apart from at breakfast which was very slow. The hotel is dated and could do with a freshen up, it brought me back to the 80s. The staff work tirelessly between reception and the bar and will go out of their way for you. The entertainment was fun Fri-Sunday and got us up dancing especially Jules, who I loved. The hotel is located very close to all the amenities, which was fantastic. The thatched tea rooms highly recommend about 10 mins walk out to the left of the hotel. No lift if you have mobility problems so let the hotel know. Only thing I would suggest if keeping hairdryers in the rooms and toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel. Would I go back……. Absolutely yes, I had a great time"

"Very nice hotel. Best breakfast I have had at any establishment. Fruit salad made fresh every day. Excellent hosts, very attentive and we were made to feel very welcome. Small negatives we were at the top oh the hotel and I found the narrow steep stairs a bit challenging. Radiator did not work in the room but we were given a heater. Cobwebs in the corner and had to keep the window shut when it rained as the guttering was leaking. Would I stay here again definitely."
