We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel is located inside the ancient town and our hired car can't go in further so they sent their staff to bring us and help us with the luggage. The staff service is very good as they escorted us to our room and explained all the details to us. The room is super spacious and cleanliness is good. Complete amenities. The breakfast spread is tasty. The hotel is beautiful too. Though the price is on the high side, but it was a good experience. Recommend to stay!

The hotel is in the scenic area, halfway up the mountain, with beautiful scenery. For an extra 200 yuan, you can pick up from Shangri-La, in a Buick business car. The driver on the way there drove very aggressively, overtaking all the way, and the driver on the way back was very good, driving very steadily and enthusiastic. The hotel has complete facilities and large rooms, but the front desk and other staff in the lobby are not very enthusiastic, always looking lazy. The hotel restaurant is delicious and not expensive, and the waiter is very enthusiastic. The Grand Canyon is beautiful, the Great Pagoda is also beautiful, the winding mountain road is quite scary, but the scenery is beautiful and shocking.

Let me start with the good things: all the service staff are very friendly and enthusiastic; the airport pick-up and Napahai tour in the package are not bad, the driver is polite and enthusiastic, and will take the initiative to introduce; the hotel is halfway up the hill, there is an electric car to take guests to the ancient city entrance, and you can pick them up with a phone call when you come back, which is quite convenient. The room is very large and clean, and the bed is quite comfortable. There are not many varieties of breakfast, and the taste is good. The yak hot pot exceeded expectations, the taste is good and the quantity is large, two people can't finish it at all, recommended! The following is a place that is hard to describe: it is said to be an ancient city view room, but there is a building in front of the balcony, and there is a big earth slope outside the window facing the bed. What does this mean? The hotel obviously has no guests (the breakfast buffet on the first day was not open), can't it arrange a better room? Because I flew directly to Shangri-La, I specially chose LUX with diffuse oxygen supply, but I didn't feel the effect of oxygen supply at all. The oxygen outlet in the room was hissing all the time, but I would wake up after sleeping for less than two hours, and I felt uncomfortable in various ways. The funny thing is that there is no problem walking outside or even climbing Songzanlin Temple. And there is a faint smell of decoration in the room, and my throat hurts after one night. Maybe it's a personal problem? I feel like I might as well give him two tanks of oxygen. Finally, there was a problem when sending us to the airport. The staff made a mistake in the handover. After checking out, the waiter moved the luggage to the yard attentively, and then said that the car had not arrived yet, so wait a little longer, and then waited for the car with us... Until 20 minutes later, the front desk lady suddenly reacted and asked: What car are you waiting for? I said: I'm waiting for your car! In the end, we were hurriedly sent to the station. Fortunately, it was close and didn't delay anything. The driver apologized verbally, but the hotel didn't respond afterwards. The final impression was really bad. Considering the price, it feels that the cost performance is not high, and it is not recommended on the whole.

Facing Shengga Shenshan, some quiet and comfortable ～ rattan furniture, soft Tibetan blankets, melted fatigue into home security 🥰. The starry sky terrace on the second floor is absolutely perfect! Morning mist, colorful clouds, and Xinghe have a panoramic view. Sitting around and laughing under the night, my heartbeat is the same as Shenshan!

Our stay at snow mountain ice spring was amazing! We only spent 2 nights here and our entire itinerary was well organised by Ba San who helped us view all the major Bala Gezong scenic areas. Our transportation to and from the hotel and Shangrila station was also organised by the hotel staff, leading to a very well planned stay. The accommodation itself is huge and very comfortable and cosy, and the breakfast provided was so grand. Complimentary tickets for some activities was also provided, making this booking so value for money. While this hotel may be pricier than others, it is definitely very worth it and in our opinion, the only option you should consider for the Bala Gezong area.

The price/performance ratio is very high. The front desk is online 24 hours a day. There is no need to worry that the elderly cannot find anyone. Knowing that we are elderly, we noted the room requirements in advance before checking in. It is very considerate to arrange 2 rooms together. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, combining Chinese and Western. The breakfast rice noodles are especially delicious. Both the room and the breakfast room have a good environment. The front desk also provides free ginger tea and fruit. Check-in was fast. The service attitude was very enthusiastic. I am very satisfied with my stay!

It was really great. It was my first time to experience camping. It was really cold in Shangri-La Haba Snow Mountain in November, but it was really great to sit in the camp and look at the Haba Snow Mountain opposite. It was really nice to feel the tranquility and beauty. The B&B is in American camping style. There are about 10 campsites. The furniture styles inside are designed and arranged by the owner himself. It is very warm. If there are many people coming together, you can sing by the bonfire at night. The foot of the snow mountain is so beautiful. The owner and the proprietress of the B&B are very nice. They also raised a very well-behaved and enthusiastic German Shepherd. They can guard the house at night and ask for food when eating. Hahaha, there is also a coffee shop at the foot of the mountain, which is also super good. If the weather is good, three or two people will get together in the coffee shop at night to chat about life and look at the starry sky. It is beautiful. It happened to rain when I came to Haba Snow Mountain this time, so I didn’t see Haba Snow Mountain, but camping on rainy days has a different flavor. I always have to leave some regrets and look forward to the next wonderful encounter.

Hotel Indigo is situated on the top of a hill, overseeing the ancient town. We enjoyed the very beautiful view and scenery from our room and the restaurant, where added-on one breakfast during our stay just to enjoy the view and ambience. The food options during breakfast were average with a mixture of international and local food. Rooms were very clean with daily housekeeping service. Buggy service is also available to bring you from the main lobby to the rooms. The only downside is the walk up the hill when returning to the hotel from the ancient town, as it can be quite tiring and made worst by the altitude. Would definitely recommend staying here during your time in Shangri-la!

The Dujinimi Hotel was a very warm stopover experience during our trip. The fried cakes for breakfast were very delicious, crispy, soft and fragrant. The hotel lobby is decorated with ethnic characteristics, especially on the 7th floor, there is the world's largest Medicine Buddha altar for visitors. The front desk will send a lady to explain. The front desk lady is beautiful, enthusiastic, generous and warm. We will come again on our return trip in a few days.
