Never regret to book here because near to 3 restaurant halal food, just about 5 to 15 min walking from here. we stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. we also booked balagezong tour & snow meili mountain tour. And, hotel provides free pick up & drop off, so dont forget to wechat them. Overall excellent! we will repeat here again.

We were served a welcome drink and dessert upon check-in, and at night, we enjoyed a comforting sweet ginger soup. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. The receptionists were incredibly helpful and friendly—they even assisted with our luggage despite having a lift. My 3-year-old son loved this place so much that he asked to stay longer. He was also delighted to receive a pack of cheese snacks from the receptionist. Truly a wonderful experience!

The location is perfect, situated within walking distance of Dukezong Ancient Town. The room is huge and fully equipped with amenities. The owner provides unlimited coffee, and they offer free pickup and drop-off service to the station. They even helped with our laundry (after we visited Dali and Lijiang) and arranged a rental car and driver at a reasonable price. They felt like family! The breakfast was also delicious. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip.**

We recently stayed 4 nights here in November and it was a true 5 star experience from the moment we arrived. Our driver wondered why we chose to stay at a “remote” area but it was so peaceful and and view is breathtaking especially during the golden sunrise hour. Our 2 young kids had so many highlights from feeding the animals to toasting marshmallow and singing karaoke in front of the campfire and under the stars. Shangrila was the highlight of our 2 weeks in Yunan and we look forward to staying here again.
