Overall, we had a really pleasant stay. The staff were super attentive and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t really to my taste, but they were kind enough to make something else for me — really appreciated that! It’s about a 10-minute walk to Dukezhong Old Town. There was some roadwork in front of the hotel, but thankfully the back entrance was still connected. The place was super clean and looked just like the photos. Loved the projector — no login needed, unlike other hotels where you have to log in just to watch something. The floor heating was also a big plus, especially in the cold!

CleaTn and spacious room, very close to the ancient town and glad that they send us to train statioVVn for free. Hope they can install the lights above the basin as that area os dark.

The room at Shangri-La for ¥700+ was originally thought to be a great choice. When we checked in, we happened to meet the peak of check-in procedures and had to wait for a while. Coincidentally, a guest sat behind us on the high-speed train, so we started chatting, but was rudely interrupted by the staff, who asked the guest to follow the service staff to the room. After entering the room, I liked the layout of the room very much. But I immediately found that there was a peculiar smell in the bathroom, the basin was not cleaned, and there were many black bugs crawling on the countertop. The bath towel was placed in the cabinet under the basin, and I found it when I took it out. Then I sent a message to the housekeeper, needing insecticide, changing towels, and scouring pads. The action was quite fast, and the insecticide was brought, but I needed guidance before I knew where to spray. Then I brought new clean towels and disposable bath towels. But not long after, small black bugs still crawled out. The waiter didn't have a scouring pad, so he bought it temporarily. As a cleaning necessity, it's a bit strange that there is no B&B. And I bought two different ones and asked me to choose. I feel that the cleaning work is very poorly professional. The wash cups were equally dirty and useless. Soap was provided for washing hands, but there was no container for the soap. I finally fell asleep, and the car horns outside the window kept coming and going, and I could hear the sound of "WeChat has been received". Helplessly, I quickly canceled the second night's stay in the middle of the night and found another homestay. His dog pooped directly in the stones next to the parent-child area, and it was still there the next morning. The homestay sent breakfast and souvenirs the next day (which were not available before). The fruits and snacks in the booking package were quite rich. The afternoon tea was not used because I checked out early, so the quality is not clear. Overall, the service attitude is good. They specially helped us send our luggage to the next hotel. The design of the hotel is also quite good.

After adding WeChat, I wanted two goodnight desserts at 9 o'clock in the evening. I sent it for 15 minutes but no one responded (confirmed that it was within the service time). I went to the front desk and saw no one. A little girl was sitting on the sofa playing with her phone and asked me what was wrong. She said that the front desk had a stomachache and went to the toilet. OK, let's believe that it was true that she went to the toilet for 15 minutes. She didn't bring her phone, didn't read messages, and had no coping plan. She was still an evasive front desk 👍🏻 Later, this little girl sent the desserts. We didn't know who the front desk was in the end😅 3⃣️The goods were not the same as the ones shown on the details page. The goodnight desserts were milk + seasonal desserts, but only two cups of milk were delivered. When asked why there were no desserts, the little girl hesitated and couldn't answer. In addition to the previous mention that there was no Dyson hair dryer and no Guerlain shower gel, it really showed management loopholes everywhere Run! ! ! !!!

It was an evening when we checked in. The wind was not strong. The fatigue from the journey was healed by a tree swaying outside the white gauze curtain. There were also shadows projected on the flower windows in the room. They gently and quietly welcomed our arrival. I still had some symptoms of altitude sickness on the first night when I arrived in Shangri-La, so I stayed in the room and watched TV shows after a simple wash. Please be sure to try the projector, which can cast the screen and has a great viewing experience! The room has diffuse oxygen supply + floor heating, comfortable bedding, and high shower pressure, which greatly relieves the discomfort caused by altitude sickness. The hotel is less than 10 minutes' walk from the east gate of the scenic area. There is a pharmacy (for purchasing oxygen cylinders) and a supermarket (for purchasing local specialties) diagonally opposite. It is very convenient to walk to the Big Buddha Temple to turn the prayer wheel (you need to go up the stairs). The breakfast tasted good, the coffee was also delicious, the staff were very gentle (with a hug goodbye), the store manager was also kind (I thought the store manager was ******* but he was Han), the boss was very straightforward and drove us to the train station in person (I thought the boss was Han but he was *******), and there was also the lively Xiaoman. We booked the Xinyu room, the window is not next to the bed, if you like a window, you can book the Jingyu. Coffee and snacks were given every day, and I drank coffee for three consecutive days, which was better than the coffee outside!!! Mocha and blueberry Basque are recommended. Oxygen cylinders are free to use, the service is also good, and there is a business car to pick up and drop off.

Lightning avoidance!!!!!! The room is terrible!!! The sleep is very bad!!! Facilities: I found the bathroom was not finished when I entered the door, and there were also traces of construction in the room (Figure 1) Btw the pillow is super hard!!! It's hard to sleep!!! Hygiene: The towels are not neatly placed, and it doesn't look very clean (Figure 2) Environment: The window is very high, facing the street, very noisy, very stuffy, very stuffy, I didn't have altitude sickness, but I was dizzy when I woke up in the morning after sleeping in the room all night (Figure 3.4) Service: I found out that there was afternoon tea and good night milk when I checked out, but I didn't receive the corresponding reminder. I only received the check-out reminder at 12 o'clock in the morning. It's really bad!!!

The service was great. We were contacted in advance about how to get there. We sent the parking location in advance because we were driving. After we arrived, we went downstairs to have afternoon tea. It happened to rain in the afternoon, so we took a short break before leaving. When we came back in the evening, we were also considerate enough to prepare a good night dessert, which was delicious. The boss also gave us two cans of local beer. The room was also very large, clean and simple in decoration. It is also very close to the ancient city, and it feels quiet in the bustling city. Breakfast is also very rich, and you can add more if it is not enough. When we left, Xiaoman seemed to say bye bye.

How to describe it? It's too good to describe! The hotel is right next to the Big Buddha Temple, and you can get there by strolling! The hotel rooms are comfortable and warm, with floor heating, and even more considerate is the diffuse oxygen supply throughout the house! The breakfast is very delicious 😋 and there is afternoon tea! The handsome guys and beautiful girls in the store are very kind and friendly, and we solve and help us immediately if we have any needs and demands! There is also the youngest employee in the store, "Xiaoman", who can provide you with full emotional value! You must choose this place when you come to Shangri-La!
