Hygiene: The toilet seat is not wiped clean, which may mean that it is not cleaned carefully. Some accessories in other places, such as the power socket of the sink, are damaged. It is best to repair and replace them in time.
Environment: The location is very close to Riyue Lake, there is a supermarket downstairs, and there are all kinds of restaurants within 1 kilometer of the surrounding area. The sound insulation is average. The windows are designed with drainage holes, which causes noise from outside the window to be transmitted in. There are also problems with the design of the pipes in the building. The sound of running water will be transmitted when taking a shower or flushing the toilet upstairs. The sound in the next room was bearable... the soundproofing was really lonely.
Service: The service is indeed good, and the front desk is very polite. However, the permission to upgrade the room should not be honored. The reason should be clearly informed to the guest when booking a room."

The procedures were completed in three minutes and I was reminded of the laundry service intimately. The room service was so good that even the clothes we threw on the sofa were folded. This was really a surprise for us two lazy bums throughout the whole process. GGuest UserThe room overlooks Shangqiu city. We had Cantonese food at Xin Ya Ji downstairs for dinner. Breakfast is also here and it's pretty good. The room came with a dinner coupon.
Ordered black bean sauce spareribs for dinner and was very disappointed, the texture of the meat was weird. The Qingyuan chicken was pretty good.
The hotel is described as 2022, but the decoration and facilities feel like an old hotel from more than ten years ago.
Xiao Zhang from the concierge department deserves special praise. He took the initiative to help us move our luggage to the room and ran up and down to help us coordinate the room. He was warm and thoughtful, and the young man was very dedicated.

I didn’t give it a 5 because their breakfast is terrible. There wasn’t even an option to have an omelette or cereal. Not even bread with jam. There was just some smelly vegetable and some noodles.
