Excellent service, a great value, and an unbeatable location! Surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, this hotel offers everything I need. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. This is my go-to hotel in Shanghai, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The lady at the front desk solved my problem very enthusiastically! Her leader also helped her stand at the front desk for a while. It felt good! The atmosphere was great! I finished the birthday decorations by myself! She also helped us put hot water for a shower! Thank you for her help, my friend was very touched! My life has been much better! The hotel environment is very good! It’s a bargain, a bargain! The boss lady is so amazing! I admire her ability! And she is very talkative! No one can refuse a kind sister! My daughter likes the room design very much. The space is large. The wave pool in the breakfast area is very friendly to children. The only thing that is not so friendly is that the water in the bathing area is too small. It may be because the shower head is leaking a little. The room has a bathtub, and you can prepare a bathtub bag in advance for bathing.

We set off for Disneyland at 6:30 in the morning. The hotel breakfast was not so early, so we solved it by ourselves. When we were ready to leave, the aunt had already packed three hamburgers and yogurt for us. It was so considerate. It was just right to replenish energy when we were tired of playing in the park. The service was attentive and thoughtful! Due to traffic restrictions, we had to walk a long way to the P4 parking lot when we came back. After playing for more than ten hours, we really couldn't walk anymore. The boss also specially coordinated us to take the shuttle bus back to the hotel to the closer Donald Duck parking lot. My daughter asked to give a five-star review and have the opportunity to experience other room types of the hotel next time.

The bathrooms are all from big brands and the beds are very comfortable! I rushed to Disneyland early in the morning and didn't have time to have breakfast. My aunt also packed hamburgers.
