The facilities are nice, the location is good quiet place and close by car to the tourist places, lack of cleaning and maintenance, the kitchen utensils were dirty, I had to wash them many times and left them clean.

Room is totally different from the website photo. Toilet with bad smell and room very dusty. Cockroach appeared in our room.

The room we booked was right at the entrance, so we could hear everything, it was very noisy. We also had issues with our toilet and the wall had a stain…I asked to change rooms and payed the difference. The second room was a bit better but still noisy.

The location is nearby the Bund, that is convenient to go around. My booked room is big with variety of amenities. They also have laundry service in first floor for using, if needed. I recommend you stay in here for your trip in Shanghai

A bit of a musky smell when going in and floor was a bit dusty. Location was next to the huangpu river which was very nice, but a bit too far away from any other attractions or the metro station. Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee.

It's really dirty place... And so bloody old... Check in was hassle... Think twice before you decide to stay... It was really bad

The worst stay experience I ever had. the toilet clogged and the soundproofing is very bad. I was awaken all night.

Surrounding of the hotel couldn’t find any restaurant. Hotel no cleaning the room after the 1st night stay .

First time in Shanghai and this place made me feel at home! The room and common areas were very clean. The location was great for getting around Shanghai, whether by walking or taking the metro. Lily and Nannan were very helpful, friendly and patient with me. 10/10 - would definitely recommend!!
