When I was at the front desk around 11 o'clock, the young man working there was incredibly rude. He spoke to me coldly when I asked questions and didn't even make eye contact once. Young people these days really have such poor manners! The hotel's breakfast was, as always, absolutely terrible. It's arguably the worst among hotels of its kind. I'd strongly recommend against booking breakfast if you stay here.

The hotel service was excellent, and the environment was beautiful. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. Selina was incredibly helpful, making it a truly perfect experience.

The room was very spacious, and it was convenient for drying clothes. The staff were also very helpful. The only thing I found a bit confusing was that the bedding felt slightly damp. Why would it be damp on such a high floor? It's sunny every day, so I wondered if it was because of the lake.

This was my second stay here. I arrived quite late, checked in quickly, and went straight to my room to sleep. Woke up the next morning to discover I had been upgraded to a lake-view room, and the scenery was beautiful. After breakfast, I explored the courtyard and the lobby, where I found a chair with a striking design. It was incredibly comfortable too! The in-room tea/coffee station was very well stocked, and they even provided complimentary fruit. Next time I'm in Songjiang, I'll definitely be staying here again.

The room was clean, well-equipped, quiet, and comfortable, and offered a nice view. On the downside, the front desk was understaffed, which made the check-in process very slow. It was also difficult to find anyone to assist with inquiries.

Braving the high temperatures, my friends and I took a city walk in Songjiang, having pre-booked our stay at the Hyatt. Upon arriving at the hotel lobby after parking, it was around 1 PM, and my friend's child was feeling a bit unwell from the heat. Fortunately, we encountered a lovely and compassionate staff member, Ms. Xiao Song, at the front desk. When she heard the child was uncomfortable, she immediately arranged for a room for us to rest in, even though official check-in was after 3 PM (we had booked two rooms). She also kindly walked us through the dining options and parking procedures. Her professionalism and meticulousness were truly impressive. The hotel's overall ambiance was also good. Although the facilities were a bit dated, the service was still exceptional. Definitely worth recommending!

The rooms are generously sized, offering both spaciousness and comfort in every corner. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the lighting design was very thoughtful. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable. I personally consider it the absolute best among 5-star hotels in Songjiang District. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip.

Great location, very convenient for Wanda Plaza, and the surrounding views are also lovely. Alice at the front desk was particularly friendly and welcoming. Her smile was sweet, and she noticed my baby had come downstairs without shoes, so she thoughtfully offered a pair of disposable slippers for children. Such a sweet and caring gesture! 🫰 Overall, our experience was comfortable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1) The lobby air conditioning was too warm 🥵. For an international 5-star hotel, this sort of hardware issue is quite unexpected and should be addressed. 2) Collecting food deliveries was quite inconvenient. I suggest implementing a system where robots can deliver food to guests' rooms, which would greatly enhance guest convenience and also help reduce elevator usage, as the hotel only has four elevators. 3) The extra bed fee of 233 RMB per night felt a bit too expensive 😂, especially when considering your overall room rates.

This is probably my third stay here, primarily due to its incredibly convenient location right across from Wanda Plaza. However, compared to a few years ago, the facilities feel a bit dated. What's more, the air conditioning in the public areas is noticeably weak given this hot weather, likely a result of some cost-cutting measures. On a positive note, the hotel restaurant offers good food, and their group purchase deals provide excellent value for money.

The check-in process was painfully slow due to the front desk staff, and the inadequate air conditioning made the long wait even more unbearable. On the positive side, the buffet dinner offered good value for money. The outdoor swimming pool didn't open until 4 PM and was rather small, really only suitable for a quick splash during summer.

We visited Hyatt Regency Songjiang for a weekend getaway. The hotel was quite busy with weekend guests, and we had a short wait during check-in, but the front desk staff was incredibly patient. We received a room upgrade to a lake view, and the view upon opening the curtains was exactly what I had hoped for. The hotel's outdoor pool is also very picturesque in summer, and the breakfast selection was extensive. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

The service was incredibly attentive; they even went out of their way to recommend some fantastic local restaurants, and the food there was absolutely delicious! The breakfast spread was quite varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and I left feeling completely satisfied. This place offers truly excellent value for money. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit, and I've already recommended it to my friends. Seriously impressed!

The absolute worst Hyatt nationwide! Hyatt Shanghai Songjiang – this *trash* hotel needs to be exposed! 1. At 10:30 PM, I called the front desk simply to request a bucket of ice, only to be told, 'The restaurant is closed, we can't provide it!' No ice available? What kind of five-star property are you flaunting? 2. Given the lack of ice, I later went out for a late-night snack. When turning my car around, I accidentally slightly dislodged the anti-slip mat at the entrance. I immediately smoothed it back into place (photo attached), but the doorman insisted on compensation. As a hotel guest, paying for something that wasn't damaged was out of the question. We eventually had to call the duty manager to resolve the issue. At 3 AM, while this mat incident was being handled, a woman was filming with her phone the entire time. Her phone was loud enough that I could overhear someone in the video guiding her into the hotel. The doorman then let her go upstairs without even registering her ID – what was she doing there at that hour? Don't they have any common sense? Is this the kind of awareness Hyatt's doormen possess? They treat a floor mat like a priceless artifact, but a strange woman like she's invisible! In summary: No ice, utterly clueless, absolutely no integrity! Take note: Hyatt Shanghai Songjiang offers this kind of service and attitude.
