Great location Convenient to H Q airport and adjacent to shopping mall. The Chinese culture restaurant is great too.

Strategic location if you travel using Shanghai HongQiao station. Room is very clean and spacious.

Our room was very spacious - sorry, no photos because I only took a video and I can't seem to upload videos here. My only complaint as a Filipino who is not used to TP is there was no bidet (it is still a nice T&B). Transport hub (Lines 2, 10) is very accessible from the hotel and there are a lot of food options around. Day before our checkout, the cleaner gave double of some consumeable supplies (water, tea, coffee) which was nice. We only stayed a short while and never got to see their other facilities but if we go back to Shanghai I would book the same hotel. Never mind that our Room Number is 666 LOL ("Oh, lucky number!", said the receptionist who handled our super fast checkout 😁). Thank you, Cordis! We had a lovely stay.

This was my second time staying here. Its proximity to both the high-speed rail station and the airport makes it incredibly convenient. Plus, Hongqiao Tiandi is right next door, perfect for a stroll or some shopping. The room's soundproofing is excellent; I didn't hear any planes taking off or landing, which meant a very comfortable night's sleep. It's one of the rare hotels where I can truly sleep soundly until morning. My only minor suggestion would be to enhance the breakfast variety.

This is the perfect hotel to stay at if you have an early flight or train from Hongqiao airport or train station. It's about 10 minutes walk, all indoors, to the entrance of the train station and Metro, about 15 minutes to the new suburban train to Pudong Airport, and about 20 minutes to T2. You can also take the metro to T1 and T2. The rear exit at B1 level directly leads to the Hongqiao hub outside pedestrian area with many restaurants and bars. Receptionist are friendly and can speak English.

It is near to Hongqiao Railway Station, within 10 minutes walk. Hongqiao T2 terminal can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

The Cordis Shanghai Hongqiao boasts an exceptionally convenient location! Situated right next to the Hongqiao Transportation Hub, both the high-speed train station and the airport are just a short walk to its B1 back entrance, making it incredibly convenient for both business travelers and tourists. The surrounding area is brimming with malls and restaurants, offering an overwhelming array of choices. In the evenings, you can effortlessly find dining, entertainment, and shopping options just by taking a leisurely stroll. The service, moreover, was impeccable. The front desk staff greeted us with smiles as sweet as sugar, and the bellhops were incredibly swift and efficient. The bedding in the room was absolutely divine! The down duvet was so soft and fluffy, and the pillows were perfectly supportive, making you feel like you were floating on clouds. After a long, tiring day, I fell asleep instantly and woke up completely refreshed. The bathroom featured a fantastic rainforest shower with incredible water pressure that just washed away all the day's fatigue. A true delight for anyone who appreciates thoughtful details!

This hotel is the absolute best choice for a staycation and truly sets the standard for 5-star hotels in Minhang District. Its convenient location, directly connected to Hongqiao Station and a shopping mall, makes everything super accessible. The rooms are warm and comfortable, and the swimming pool is spotless. Breakfast was healthy, and the executive lounge offerings varied daily and were impeccably clean. A big thank you to Hanna and Green at the front desk, and the incredibly helpful manager, Leo, for the complimentary breakfast and room upgrade. Bessy from the Executive Lounge was truly wonderful, incredibly thoughtful, and proactive in helping me. Had a fantastic stay! 💗💗

The mattress was quite soft, which wasn't ideal for me. After the first night, I woke up with a sore back. I went to the front desk and spoke to the manager. They offered to change my room or flip the mattress, but there was no follow-up. The mattress itself was sagged significantly in the middle, with higher edges, indicating it was worn out. The second night, the mattress was still soft. Since it was too late, I didn't go to the front desk again. I ended up putting a pillow under my lower back and just made do for the night.

The room is extremely hot, the average temperature is 29. We cannot adjust it to lower temperature.With every adjustment,the temperature just increase by 1 degree.We cannot sleep well at night.Can't believe having a poor experience in such big brand hotel.

This is my second stay here, and the experience has been excellent once again. My initial choice was due to its incredibly convenient location; it's genuinely super close to Hongqiao High-Speed Rail Station. A quick tip: don't follow your GPS for this one, as it will add about ten minutes to your walk. Instead, once you exit the station, head towards Hongqiao Tiandi. In just a few minutes, you'll spot the direction signs for Cordis Hotel. Just follow those signs, and you'll be there in under ten minutes. The underground passage leads directly to Hongqiao Tiandi Shopping Center, which features restaurants, shops, and even a playground, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel staff are all incredibly warm and helpful, patiently assisting with any issues. During this stay, I requested a bed rail again. After it was installed, I realized the orientation wasn't ideal. I called to ask if it could be adjusted, and a staff member promptly came to reposition it. The room itself is impeccable. It's very spacious, clean, and tidy, with excellent natural light and an unobstructed view outside the window. My family particularly loves their mattresses – they're double-layered, perfectly balanced between soft and firm, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. Since we had an early high-speed train this time, we had breakfast at the hotel. The variety was impressive. I personally loved the waffles, while the elderly in our group praised the large wontons. My child was thrilled with the wide selection of jams, even spreading four different kinds on a single piece of toast! They were so happy, but I was so busy tasting everything that I forgot to take any nice photos. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel. As someone traveling with a child, I have quite specific requirements for a hotel – convenience of transportation, comfortable rooms, and good facilities are all important to me. Therefore, I highly recommend it for families traveling with children or elderly relatives, especially if you prefer not to walk too far to the high-speed rail or subway stations, and appreciate spacious rooms. This hotel should be a top consideration.
