Very good service staff at counter and esp the staff would escort you to your taxi pick up point. Hotel room is clean and washing machine plus dryer is really useful. Provides sufficient drinking bottled water . Just one thing to note is that the 2 bedroom apartment only comes with one bathroom. Location is about 7 min walk to subway and malls. Very peaceful & quiet area away from the downtown shopping area but yet not too far since it’s accessible by subway. 24 hours Chinese food stalls available nearby.

Spacious room and a nice view from the 11th floor. We got everything we needed, and it was quiet enough to fall asleep. However sometimes you can hear the neighbors, but that is almost in every hotel. Room was clean and staff was helpful to have a late checkout.

It was a great stay here. The room was clean and cosy, staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location is good- close to 2 lines. There is a mall with lots of food options and a supermarket next to World Expo Museum station, which we visited a few times. There is a washing machine in the room which we loved. Overall a good stay, we will love to be back!

Travelled as a group of 3 and we wanted to book 1 room instead of 2 so staying at Baseplus was perfect for us. The room is clean and modern. Location is not the best as it is not located at the prime touristy area but it worked since we are calling cars almost every time we left the hotel.

Location is in the middle between two subway line. big and clean room, Can cook have washing machine and all facilities you needed. Staffs very helpful.

It’s been my 5th time here and it didn’t disappoint. Again a lovely stay, just perfect in many different ways. Not only is it convenient, clean, well designed and well located, the staff is very professional too. Especially Barry has been of great service and helped me super efficient, always with a smile. Also Amy has been very helpful. It’s really becoming to feel a home away from home, I’ll be back soon again!
