Nice hotel location nearby the lake. Not so far from train station. The room quite big, have small balcony. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Nice view of lake and mountains. Recommended for staying for everyone.

Towels were a little dirty. There were some dirty marks on it, probably didn't clean properly. Room was fine though slightly small. Lake view was nice

Service: I also encountered the problem of random deductions. When I checked in, the hotel said that it would only deduct city tax, but at 7 o'clock the next morning, they directly deducted more than 1,800 room fees without my consent. After coordination, they said that it would be refunded after 1 month, which is outrageous.

His phone has to wait until the morning, when the operating staff there can change it, but I went to other places early in the morning. So, I still spent a night with insects hh Oh, before taking these photos, I had killed a very big moth and a very big fly. I didn’t bother with other small insects By the way, there is one more thing. I paid on Ctrip. When I arrived, I was asked to swipe a visa card without saying anything. The deposit of 20CHF was paid. I didn’t think much about it at the time (although I had never paid a deposit before, I always paid it to CITY TAX). The food in the hotel is very delicious, but there is no air conditioning, only an old fan that squeaks. It is actually cool at night, but as soon as the window is opened, a lot of insects like flies come in. My child was stung by a bee in Switzerland, so he is afraid of it.

The hotel is right by the lake. You can see people swimming by the lake from the lobby. The room is very comfortable.

First of all, the room is slanted, and the bathroom has a serious drainage problem. As for breakfast, you know, it is mainly Western, very ordinary, and the variety is repetitive.
