Dated, tired, basic. Noisy. Dirty windows. Disappointing.

Close to airport with shuttle, but not friendly to someone who rental. Limited parking space. cleanliness and noisy are the main problem.

It’s a ok old hotel, junior suite, pretty close to Orlando airport. It’s about one hour drive to Port Canaveral.

amazing location and amazing value overall, but some minor maintenance issues on site: - shower shelf fell down due to loose glue - light couldn’t turn on, no maintenance crew came after two requests - The AC unit was old and quite loud - In addition, it was quite uncomfortable to drink coffee and tea without mugs/glasses in the room

Ramada, was a great experience in our 1 week stay. Good quality, great staff, good pricing and awesome service. Ramada used top notch brands which was amazing to see since it’s rear when you find a hotel with quality brands. The breakfast was really good. Front desk Mary was very helpful when it came to needing help at night time. House keeping were very respectful, and friendly. When we needed things to restock our room they had it ready for us. Some elevators had buttons covered with tape. That was the only downfall. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Ramada. Definitely recommend it, as long as customers coming in with dignity and respect.

Great airport hotel, great overall !

Stayed for a night. The facility may be old so I did not feel it was clean. But the location and shuttle service was quite good.

The hallway/aisle smells bad. Others are very good. They have shuttle bus and breakfast. It is cheaper than others nearby.

Mary at front desk was so kind and helpful ! Location was good walking distance to restaurants. Pool was closed, probably too cold to swim anyway. I was very happy and comfortable at this Ramada. Bed was great and room had everything I needed. Loved the work space - desk in room.

Room condition is overall clean. But room was not working A/C properly so a bit hot (I think it’s only my room problem. Other places are cool enough). I recommened this hotel who use Orlando Int’l airport!

Excellent stay

Bad shuttle service and rude staff.

Shuttle bus service was extremely poor. I emailed the hotel 48hrs before and 24hr before I arrived to try to arrange the bus to come on time for when I got out of arrivals- no reply. I called them and they said 15/20mins. 30mins later- no bus. I called them again and they said he’s coming (quite rudely tbh) after maybe an hour, the bus arrives. Reception staff upon check in- quite unfriendly, tired and unwelcoming. 11am check out I ask the front desk if I can get the bus to the airport at 3pm- she says sure and writes it in the book. So at 3.05, 3.10pm still no bus. I ask them if it’s coming and the lady is like “oh you wana go now? I’ll get him”. So I don’t know what the book was for. The bus didn’t arrived until 3.30! This is pretty bad for people who are catching flights. You don’t want to be wondering if the bus will show up or not.luckily 3pm was already quite early but I didn’t appreciate the stress and inconvenience of having to ask multiple times if it’s coming or not- especially when I had requested it at 11am the same morning.
