Great hotel. Stuff are nice We took the room with the direct access to the beach and it was really nice !

Great hotel right on the beach front and in a great location with all the main resturants, bars and shops on your door step. Would definitely stay here again when heading back to Koh Tao.

Great location and very clean. Our fridge wasn’t working staff very friendly and where very quick to get us another fridge they organised out tour very quickly. Great little place to stay restaurant was great to next door

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures the beach is a public beach .ideal for young people !! Music blasting all day and night from the pub next door ,if you like to party this hotel is ideal ,motor scooters run out side the hotel day and night also hotel provide ear plugs ,breakfast terrible if want extra cup of coffee you after pay

Booked a beachfront room and it was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Direct access to the beach via a private ladder. There is a hammock net outside which is great for relaxing, reading a book, or just watching the sunset. The mattress is comfy; the pillows have foam/fibre filling so could be better, and personally I found the duvet unnecessarily warm for a tropical climate which meant I had to turn the aircon up really cold. There is no swimming pool, but who needs one when the sea a step away. Breakfast choices are simple but tasty; the service staff are very friendly and helpful, but I was charged for a coffee refill which I think is unnecessary. The reports about loud music from the Fishbowl Bar are correct. Don’t stay here if you are an early or light sleeper; thumping bass music until 2am every night. However, just remember that there are few places in the world that you can get a beachfront room at such a price (I stayed during the shoulder season so the price/value equation was good for me, so decide accordingly for yourself). Location-wise (part from the loud nightly music) you can’t beat this, a step away from some great upscale restaurants as well as more traditional Thai eateries.

Amazing beachfront hotel in koh Tao with attentive staff. Basic amenities as there are plenty of attractions nearby to make up for it. Highly recommend staying to catch the amazing sunset every night from your room.

Very cool hotel. Gorgeous view from the balcony of the sunset and the sea (we had sea view). Breakfasts are limited (4 options), but delicious. One minus, but it is the same for all hotels on this line - there were no sun loungers. Everyone, like dogs, lies on towels. Uncomfortable and hard. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, we were met from the pier and taken to the pier, although we did not request it, it was very nice. Divine soft slippers. Comfortable beds.

A wonderful hotel, on the 1st floor a room with its own sunbed, access to the sea 🌞 we initially took another on the 3rd floor, but on the spot we decided to pay extra for such a wonderful convenience 😇 when checking out they allowed us to check out later and we stayed for 2 hours! The breakfasts are delicious! The location is wonderful!

The bed is very comfortable, I slept well. The staff provided good service, but there were too few Thai restaurants, there were only foreigners staying there.

The location is great. There is a program in the evenings. There is also loud music for longer periods. If you like that, you can live with it. The breakfast is clean - breakfast is very tasty. There is coffee or orange juice with it. You could expect more. The staff is friendly and helpful.
