Very close to train station and alot of food neaby

Initially we booked a business room and a queen room from 19Dec to 22Dec for a family of 5 but when we checked in we realised the business room is too stuffy as the air conditioner is centralised and cannot change to cold air esp now winter. I understand that there is no window when I booked but didn’t know the circulation of air is so bad. After there for 10mins, my 2 kids and hubby cannot take it and we are glad to allow cancel and booked 2 queen rooms instead. I think it will be good for management to look into how to improve the ventilation as it is not possible to stay in with hot and humid air.. The hotel seriously need some maintenance as the toiletries holder and the toilet roll holder is loose and shaking and of my boy room toilet door handle with one of screw came off. We always go out early and back late so didn’t got time to feedback. I wanted to use the microwave but is so dirty and unhygienic. I think is also good management to look into provide a standing clothing rack then just 2 protruding wooden holder as the clothing all slide down. In fact I would highly recommend as the hotel location is very good near subway station and walking distance to The Bund and there is this dumpling shop just below the hotel that my kids love them so much and many food stall below as is a busy street. Despite all the negative comments, we are still happy to stay for 3 nights as location is really convenient and good for us. In fact is a beautiful hotel but do hope there will be some maintenance done in near future given is such a good location

Hotel locate in close spot to the bund and east nanjing shopping street. 5 mins walk to underground train station. Staffs do helpful. Only downside i stay in 2 beds room without window. can feel some smell and not fresh air so better choose room with window maybe.

Location was very good - less than 5 mins walk to Nanjing Pedestrian Street but other than that, hotel was old and rundown. Room was small and the reception refused to receive parcels.

Very good location. Just two blocks behind the Apple store Nanjing. Nice view of pearl tower. Big room. But the room is quite dirty, full of dust even at the bed headboard. Towels have sticky residue. Broken glass window. Very thin wall. The room looks different from what pictures shown on Trip.com

Location is very convenient. The subway station is about 3 mins walk. 1mins to Nanning road The subway line is the line go to airport and train station so very convenient. Highly recommend.

The location is very near East nanjing road metro. The room is clean and comfort. A lot of restaurant nearby.

Hotel location is good! Walkable distance to Nanjing Pedestrian Street. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There are also restaurants and street foods nearby the hotel.

Near the bund and Mrt. The hotel actually above my expectation, new design, and everything worth for the price.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Location is amazing, just a walk away from the Bund. Price is great, friendly staff and very clean. Had everything I needed!

Sorry but have to say that I had booked for a family room without window (it’s my bad didnt noticed there is no window. The room number 401 facing the lift quite noisy) end of Mar, which is quite cold weather But the room dont have window so the air con is centralised system whereas can be only switch on heating mode, i cant switch on otherwise i wanna to have a sauna Consult the staff they can only provide a stand fan, it’s very hot for the whole night. So we end up cancelled the next day room booking and find another hotel on the spot The location is quite good, staffs’ service is good also Just have to pay extra attention that dont book the room without window

Sticky floor, dull lighting in the room.

Located near the center, 200m behind Apple store. There are a lot of street food shop under the hotel, nice and cheap. The dumpling shop below the hotel is very delicious.

Great location, close to East Nanjing metro station and lots of restaurants around, even some of them open for 24 hours. Room is bit small but fits perfectly for 3 large luggages and 2 small ones. However sometimes we can smell smoke in bathroom, not sure where it came from. But overall great stay.
