it was an amazing experience, friendly and helpful staff are available all the time. conveniently located at laoximen station which allows convenient access to major tourist attractions by bike or train.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Although I had to climb a stairs to reach my room, the staff were extremely helpful. Most importantly, as a solo traveller, I felt very safe walking around since it was right next to the Metro station and a Family Mart. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I visited Shanghai in the future

Was there for 3 nights with my friends. We can’t find a review of this place online especially from Thai tourist but fine, we want to take a risk. It was an absolutely amazing place to stay! Room is new and they offer daily cleaning plus 2 bottles of water every day (mini bar on the first day is free) and one thing that I love is they provide a common area like dining area on floor! Plus, on the ground there are coffee shop, salon, gym, family mart and McDonald. But the thing is it took me only 1 minute to subway Laoximen station (exit 1) which very convenient to travel to the bund, Shanghai disneyland, it’s super convenient traveling by taxi and it take less than 10 mins walk to Xintiandi, my favourite area! We would love to stay here again next time.

Negatives: Kind of a small room, 5th floor has to walk up stairs with luggage. Positives: really good gym, really good location

Our stay in this hotel was amazing! Our room was enormous, had a lot of light, and the hotel was just beside the subway station! The location of the hotel is amazing for all the tourist attractions, aleo! Also, the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful, specially Cherry Wong, who had the patience to help us to find our Taobao parcels! Thanks for everything!

Friendly staff and good location. I ordered some packages to let it deliver at baseLITE but I didn’t know what the address on trip.com wasn’t 100% correct, so the delivery man couldn’t find it. However the friendly staff helped me fixed it, because my Chinese is not super good. Make sure you go to the right entrance because one is for apartments I guess and the correct one is the one you need to go through a hallway. My room was very spacious and clean. I love the amenities like the fridge, desk, mirror, and stairs to the bed. In the bathroom you could hear some loud noise sometimes which is maybe the metro? But if close the door you don’t hear it that loud. Location was amazing because it’s right next to a metro stop and xintiandi, and other areas are super close.

The location is perfect, central and just above a metro station and the hotel is comfortable. I can recommend it.

They are located in 2 different buildings. I was put in another building. The room is SMALL. I was very shocked to see the size, I think they have added the loft space and the bottom space together to give the sqm2. There is no TV inside the room and the wifi is super bad. Iiterally there is no internet at all throughout the whole stay. But the good thing is that they offer washing machine and dryer on level 3 and 5 at the common area. Not bad!

I had a very nice and comfortable stay in Shanghai. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond in their service. The room is located on the 5th floor. You get an elevator to the 3rd floor, there is no 4th floor and you have to take the stairs to the 5th floor. On arrival, the front desk staff helped me with my suitcase. When I was leaving, I sent a message to the front desk and they helped me pick up my suitcase right away. The location is very convenient for getting around. The room is basic but comfortable. You get daily room service, and even get bottles of water and drinks replenished. Each floor has its own lounge, kitchen area and laundry area. The facilities are incredible for someone trying and I will highly recommend!
