Good location, but the hotel was definitely not clean

Very good position ! In front of thé station but very dirty..

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Right next to the Pullman so I thought couldn’t be that bad…right? Think… meth motel. Pro: Better than sleeping outside on the road. Con: the floorboards are like a dry version of the public street. Pro: There is a clean bathroom. Con: Sitting on the toilet bowl felt like riding a horse, because one side is broken and it’s wobbling. Pro: Bed is clean and comfy. Con: You won’t want to step off the bed for fear of catching something from touching the floor. Wall switches and drawers have strange stains, grime, wet stuff. Pro: Clean and thick towels Con: The toothbrush is useless, no hand soap, no drinking cup. Kettle broke down, got a replacement. Pro: You will wake up early. Con: shop nearby blasts music from 6am to 2am. Pro: Room does not smell. Con: Carpet in the common areas smell like wet dog and look like they haven’t been cleaned for decades.

The location of the hotel to the Shanghai railway station is perfect, but if you care much about your cleanliness, then this place is not for you. I wonder if they ever mop the floors, clean the furniture or the bathroom. I even spotted some bugs on the bedside cabinet and in the bathroom and above all the hotel is pretty old and worn out but price is reasonable and it is in a very convenient place.

The location of the Hotel is really good, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are quite good. However the problem is the cleanliness and smell of the hotel.There are signs everywhere that state that it’s forbidden to smoke but clearly that wasn’t the case, as you could smell the smoke everywhere in the hotel, even in the rooms. We have  tried to change rooms several times because the smell was so bad, but even after viewing 4 different rooms, we could find one that didn’t smell bad. Even for the low price, we would have expected better.

It’s worst hotel I lived in shanghai . Old broken furniture, floor tile were broken, light was blinking, bathroom was smelling bad.

My place is so dirty, messy and smelly! As soon as I entered the room, the smell of the toilet sewer was overwhelming. It was only after I closed the toilet door that it was barely better. The TV could not be turned on, and the batteries of the remote control were all blown. The floor and walls looked like your grandma's basement from the last century. The most desperate thing was that the floor of the toilet would seep water whether I washed my face or flushed it. After washing for a while, my slippers and feet were soaked. Damn it, don't stay in a hotel near the train station unless you have to. I experienced the Korean movie "Parasite" and I couldn't sleep all night.

The roof was leaking and moldy, the TV was broken, the room was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the windows were dirty, the quilt was damp, the air conditioner was leaking, and the hair dryer was sticky.

The service staff are serious and enthusiastic. Help can be provided in time when needed. But this environment... is indeed disappointing. Can you understand the powerlessness when you are watching videos in the middle of the night and a big ant appears on the screen, and when you poke it, it turns out to be a three-dimensional ant... The whole family only took off their socks when they went to bed. The child scratched himself after sleeping for a while, and there was a lump. After sleeping for a while, I scratched and found another ulcer... I don't know what bit me...

Just checked in, washed my hands, and there was a stinking smell coming out of the bathroom drain. I went down three times to find the front desk, and they said they would help me fix it. There was no room to change. Finally, an old man went up to take a look and found that it was really uninhabitable, so he changed my room. The room was not as new as advertised, the room was very old. The next day, the elevator was broken, and I had to walk down the stairs from the 6th floor to the next floor. The service was poor.
