Absolutely excellent stay! Everything was perfect. The cleanliness, location, service, and amenities all deserve a solid 5/5. I stayed as a solo traveler and felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Special thanks to Lily for the thoughtful gift after my stay. It was such a kind gesture. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is good and delicious. Room is good and clean but rainshower sound is nosing . Overall is pleasant.

Quite worth it for the price! Just a few minutes walk to metro, very near nanjing pedestrian street, wide and clean room with a good view of the river. i particularly liked the plant-based handwash and shampoo.

A pleasant stay in this clean hotel. Even its located 10 minutes walking distance from the metro station, its worth to stay in considering the amenities the hotel offered e.g wash machine, gym etc

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! My booking was having some issues due to room type and description mismatches, the staffs were able to assist professionally and reassign the right room to me. Appreciate for their help! Hotel location is in a small alley, so nothing nearby you can eat or shop. Walking at night could be quiet and dark but it’s generally safe. Walking distance to 新闸路metro station around 5mins and Distance from Nanjing Road（南京东路步行街）is a bit far took around 20mins to walk. Room space is okay, bed is good. (After I got reassigned to the correct room) you can order delivery (外卖）to the hotel. My personal advice is if you want to book this hotel please double check the room description and image (this could be non-accurate).

The hotel is clean enough, given that it is not very new. The room is quite spacious. It even has space for a big table, very useful for placing our stuff so no need to squat down and get from our luggage on the floor. The shower is strong and of good temperature. You can walk past interesting shops, mostly eateries, all the way to East Nanjing Rd or you can instead take train from nearby Xinzha metro station. I would have given higher rating for service if the hotel had made available tourist information brochures in English. Tip: take a morning walk through the foot path opposite hotel to nearby Suzhou Creek, to the walking path along the water. Relaxing airy place, mostly local residents there.

Clean , spacious and comfortable hotel. The location is easy to go around. 5min walk to the MRT station and 15min walk to nanjing road pedestrian street. Hotel provides washing machines at the lobby floor. Guest can get the laundry washed and dried.

River really helpful and assist my family in this trip, we really happy with the room, breakfast, she also help me store some luggages while i went to hangzhou, i will comeback here again :)

Very clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, maid was also very friendly, 5 mins from mrt, manager could speak english, would recommend, a quiet area too the walk from mrt at night was a little dark but overall a really good place and really good price
