The room was spotless, and the hotel is conveniently located near Hongqiao Railway Station with an abundance of great dining options in the vicinity. This is my go-to hotel every time I'm in the city. This visit, I was pleasantly surprised with welcome fruit – perhaps an executive room perk? The key card itself was also quite interesting. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely be returning!

It's an established hotel, though the facilities are a bit dated. The shower water pressure on the upper floors was also a little weak. On the bright side, the breakfast spread is extensive, and it offers great value for money. Overall, for this price in Shanghai, staying at a branded 5-star hotel is definitely worth recommending!😀

This is a well-established hotel in Changning District, offering exceptional value for money. While the facilities might be a bit dated, they are very well-maintained. Every service staff member, from the front desk and concierge to the restaurant and housekeeping teams, is incredibly polite and courteous. I would definitely return for another stay.

Overall, the room offered excellent value for money. I really liked the charming retro decor – it's clear a lot of care went into the design. Having a smart toilet, a kitchenette, and a washing machine made it feel very well-equipped for longer stays. The breakfast was a definite highlight; it used high-quality ingredients, offered a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and they even focus on sustainability, which is a nice touch. The staff were also very friendly and provided great service. On the downside, there was a noticeable musty smell in the room, which was quite strong. We also spotted a few minor cleanliness issues, like dirty windows that made it hard to clearly enjoy the view outside. Lastly, the shower pressure was quite weak.

It's a classic-style hotel, and while it might be a bit older, there's absolutely no need to worry. From the service to the facilities, it's a perfect choice. What's even more impressive are the surrounding amenities. In Changning, the Japanese food street is fantastic – we didn't hit a single bad spot!

Our suite was very comfortable. A cool feature was that robots delivered takeout right to our room door. The surrounding area also offered plenty of affordable dining choices, and reaching attractions was quite convenient.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room also had a kitchenette, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very helpful. The only downside is its distance from the subway station, meaning you'll likely need a taxi to get around.

Located in the heart of Gubei, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, and while the decor is a bit dated, everything is impeccably maintained. The washing machine is a huge plus for convenience. Free parking is also available.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely lovely, the location was convenient and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

not as good as previous stays. service was not as good and the breakfast quality seems to have gone down a notch. the room balcony has aircon units placed in the dividing section and their alignment meant they were blowing hot air in my direction when stood outside. not ideal in very warm weather. still very reasonable price though.

The hotel is really great. The staff is always helpful and of course it's an Accor brand style. I got an upgrade room due to my Ctrip membership rewards, and very spacious room with washing machine and a small kitchen facility. It was like a mini studio room. The place is quite convenient and very quiet. I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast had multiple options, but would request to write down what all was included in the dish or atleast put a sign of vegetarian or non Vegetarian. Overall great hotel room, but it's time to refurbish. I can see quiet oldish and carpet being faded. Thanks Accor, you never disappoint me.

Location is really good. Service ,food, room all good. You could find lot of restaurants around the street. Recommend it!

- Stayed for 5 nights - 1st room assigned to me, there were slight aircon noise. Asked for a change of room, accede to my request immediately - Suggest to change shower curtain, getting old and slightly stained - King Size bed is comfy - Flight was delayed, asked for late check out, request was accede. Overall, will rate 4/5 based on Price, Cleaniness, Service and Location. Will consider coming back to the hotel if going back to Shanghai
