Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, the room temperature was too high due to the central heating system, which was not adjustable. It would have been much better if the temperature could be more adaptable to individual preferences. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options.

Super friendly staff, conveniently located in Jiading, super spacious room, excessively warm… had to switch off the a/c. Nice view. Good breakfast.

The facilities were clean, the staff were very friendly and were determined to make everyone’s stay comfortable. Despite the inconvenience, im so grateful for the in-room dining and I’ve become accustomed to it during my time at sheraton jiading hahaha

they upgraded me to executive room which have great view Breakfast is good. Enjoying the peaceful stay but not sure will have the same feeling in future once the covid situation back to normal and no restriction

This is my first time staying at this Sheraton. The business is always so good on weekends, and there is a constant stream of people checking in at night. Ms. Ni at the front desk is very quick and can grasp the key points. The room is quite satisfactory, and the hygiene is still OK. The interior decoration of the room is a little old-fashioned, but it is well maintained. The towels are a bit old, and there is no trash can near the washbasin in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient for ladies.
