Water was leaking and they didn’t fix for 3 days! Had to ask multiple times. AC not working properly Food options were generic, should provide options with local cuisine.

Hotel is nicely located and service is too good.. very Hygienicaly maintained hotel.. it was a good stay all together.

A good hotel for the money!

Our stay at Ginger Mangalore was superb. We enjoyed the room, ambience, staff here are so nice, well behaved and friendly. Akshata was dealing our check out process and it was effortless. We were dealing with Chandra, the manager here and he is a gentleman. We were celebrating my birthday here and he had arranged a delicious cake. We really appreciate for the extra effort Ginger put for its customers. Overall our stay here was memorable.

this was one of the best hotel I visit ginger manglore staying with my family I will happy with the stay good hospitality and very polite staffs. employees had great working experience mr rakshith was responded well and the food was good and tasty In short one should definitely keep this hotel in mind while planning a trip to manglore

Good location, great connectivity and great staff Special mention to Mr. Shiv shankar, head of security. Excellent welcoming and courtesy. Very happy. Rooms are good. However the red colour theme is not to everyone's taste 😅. Rest all good

I visited ginger mangalore hotel it was absolutely worthy staying in ginger mangalore because of staff’s are very helpful mainly Mr RAKSHITH was treated me very well my room AC is not working. and he will come and solve the problem and also all the staffs are very good

I visited ginger manglore hotel for stay for vacation and company duty and the customer service is god from Mr Rakshith he is a maintenance staff he fix my trouble shooting technical electric work as fast and in time and I have good experience in this hotel

Nice rooms Quality food Very good staff Over all - 100% recommended especially for business trips and families… But: room size is small Overall - value for money No complaints as such.. they need to change the old mattress to new ones in few rooms… otherwise everything is good here…
