The hotel itself was great, and the front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The service overall was excellent. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Its location is also very convenient, being extremely close to both Hongqiao Railway Station and the airport. It was a really pleasant experience. I would definitely book this hotel again if I'm back in the area.

I stayed here for a month while working at a nearby company, and it was a very comfortable experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping malls nearby and a wide variety of food delivery options. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming; they always greeted guests, even when I returned late at night.

I couldn't fault either the hotel's ambiance or the service. We didn't encounter any common travel issues like poor soundproofing or leaks, which was a pleasant surprise. The self-service washing machines and dryers were also a great bonus.

I gave an overall five-star rating primarily because of the low price and the commendable service attitude of the front desk staff, which is quite rare. One final suggestion: since the front desk is an open area, it needs to be kept tidier.

I had such a great stay this hotel. The rooms are clean and smells fresh. The staff are very helpful and willing to assist even with a language barrier. I would highly recommend it for a stay close to the airport!

The hotel is very convenient in location near to Hongqiao airport. The power was down in the middle of the night around 3 am. The phone in the room doesnt connect to the reception. I had to go down and inform them. But the staffs are very kind and nice. The hotel in overall is very nice in cleanliness and service.

Great place for business travels. There are supermarkets nearby. Room is clean, bathroom is tidy. Suitable location for going and coming back from train station also to the factory.
