Hotel is undergoing renovations however In spite of that, amenities was quite good and cannot fault the service. Would happily stay there again.

The details are also very good: free mineral water, instant coffee and tea bags are available, the Wi-Fi signal is strong, and it is very convenient for work and leisure. The view outside the window is wide. You can see the city view during the day and the night view at night. It is breathtakingly beautiful! When I went there, the outside was being renovated, but since it was on a high floor, there wasn't much noise. But the floor had just been renovated and the room still had a bit of smell. It's very close to the subway entrance, just a few steps away

This is a very speechless hotel. Because my elders and relatives came to Shanghai, I specially booked a hotel near my home. As a result, I was harassed by phone calls countless times for such a small order. 1. We first informed the hotel that the reserved room was being renovated and could not be provided. After coordination with Ctrip, we came up with a solution. 2. The day before check-in, we were informed by phone that the hotel was under renovation, and we didn’t even mention Ctrip to coordinate a solution. We looked confused on the phone. 3. Check-in call early in the morning to let me know the air conditioner in the room was broken. 4. On the night of check-in, the two rooms were arranged thousands of miles apart, and the room with the loudest decoration noise was deliberately arranged, which was really terrible. Originally, the two rooms were intended to be together to take care of the elderly, but they were deliberately arranged like this. It's incredible. If the hotel is being renovated, it can just close down and focus on the renovation. Since it can receive guests, then it should do so seriously. Don't want more and more, don't be greedy. I have been using Ctrip for so many years, and this is the first time I have encountered such a bad hotel. I don't like to write reviews, but I must comment this time.
