The scenery is beautiful. Contacting customer service in advance will get you a make-up bed. It's also quite convenient to get to each attraction. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean and located in the heart of all tourist attractions. It is convenient to travel and the service is very good.

Here are a few things I was dissatisfied with: 1. The facilities are outdated, especially the toilets and showers. They're really unsatisfactory, very old-fashioned, like something from over a decade ago. 2. The soundproofing is terrible. We could clearly hear our neighbors talking at night. Even at midnight, when we were asleep, someone came over and made a huge racket, making it impossible to sleep. We also heard various noises early in the morning, which was quite frustrating. 3. The air conditioner is very loud, the kind of noise you hear from an old-fashioned air conditioner, probably because it's been around for a long time. 4. I bought the room for 888 RMB per night because of the "Bund River View" label, but it was disappointing. The view was only in the corners and edges, mostly just residential buildings. 5. The water pressure in the shower was very low, perhaps due to the floor height, but the low water pressure made showering extremely unpleasant. The only reason I'm not giving a bad review is that the owner's attitude was relatively good, so I'll give them a favor.

The hotel is on the top floor with a great view. There's a bar by the window where you can enjoy a drink while admiring the view. The location is very close to the Bund and Waibaidu Bridge, making it convenient for sightseeing. The butler was fantastic—all-around helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

It fell a bit short of expectations. I booked the room because I thought it would offer a direct view of the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower. In reality, while the Bund is visible, the Oriental Pearl Tower is only visible from the shower room. Also, there was no hanging area for clothes, which was a bit limiting. Finally, the air conditioning was less effective in the bathroom; it was a bit chilly in November when Shanghai was only around 10 degrees Celsius. Service: Service was acceptable. The TV was a bit choppy, but they came to improve it after I contacted them.

The hotel has a fantastic location, convenient for getting around everywhere. It's within walking distance of the Bund, North Bund, and many other great attractions. The stay was very comfortable, the service was excellent, and it offered great value for money.

The room was quite clean, and the night view was nice. It was good value for money, and the location was convenient; it only took five minutes to get to the Bund by Didi (ride-hailing service).

The hotel I booked when traveling to the Bund in Shanghai is very convenient to the Bund and Nanjing Road. It is a very good hotel and trustworthy.

I didn't really like the lack of a front desk check-in staff. There are multiple elevators, and new guests can't easily find the right one, which is inconvenient when carrying luggage. I hope they can improve this. The staff's WeChat communication was friendly and easy. The luggage storage area was a bit messy; other guests had their luggage there, but no staff were watching over it. I hope my luggage will be safe and sound when I go to retrieve it.
