Great hotel at a prime location. Walking distance to Yu Garden and the Huangpu River! Very convenient to access the city center! Plus, everything is clean, new and modern. The front desk staff are always helpful.and accommodating. Will highly recommend to travellers.

The space was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hotel was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was perfect. The location was ideal, with easy access to attractions and dining. Every detail was meticulously planned, creating a seamless and memorable experience. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting. Five stars all the way!

I came here for a trip. The receptionists at the front desk are all very nice. They helped solve all the problems I consulted. The room is clean and tidy, and free water is provided. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. There are subway stations and bus stops nearby, and it's close to scenic spots. Yuyuan Garden, City God Temple, the Bund, and Lujiazui can all be reached. The environment is also great, and the room is in Chinese style. I really like it here.

Travelled with my parents (two seniors). The entrance to the hotel is at a small street at 凤祥楼. Hotel location is just right next to Yuu Garden (BARELY 1 min walk), and ~ 5min walk from Yu Garden Metro station. The hotel is very accessible to the attractions like Yuu Garden, Shanghai City God temple and Yu Yuan Bazaar. There are also wide range of local food (羊肉串, Xiao Long Bao, Sheng Jian Bao, Cong You Bing etc) and even Macdonald. My parents really enjoyed the close proximity to Yuu Garden and Yu Yuan Bazaar. One can feel the night bustling life outside the hotel as YuYuan old street comes to life as the night falls. Do note that the streets are off limits for 4-wheel vehicles, and Didi / Taxi drivers will drop u slightly away. The service crew are very warm and friendly. Do ask them for access to level 5 for some photo taking too. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The front desk and service crew team are also very friendly, with great service attitude. In the hotel, there are also free washing machine and dryer for those travelling with families. One will definitely feel the hospitality of the crew and enjoy the location.

it's super strategic area. less than 5 mins walk to YuYuan Garden. Hotel is surrounded by many souvenir shops, restaurants and many shops. love the room. minimalistic, clean design and simple. love the fluffines of te quilt. The receptionist very helpful despite of the language barrier. thanks for the technology. but they are always very helpful. i was sick and they helped me to order medicine. only the cleanliness can be improved. i still find many hairs and dust under the room the next day.

It was a superb experience staying in this hotel as it was a walkable distance to the Bund. Clean, spacious, a smart and modernise room that coincides with the outlook of the city. The 豫园 which was one of the tourist attraction is locate just downstairs of the hotel. 10~15mins walk to the 大世界 where all the malls are located. 5mins walk from 豫园 subway station.

It may not be the 5-stars hotel you are looking for but the location, the service and the value-for-money aspect of this hotel are highly recommended. Even more so if you are a first time traveler to Shanghai and wanted to explore the beautiful city by foot or public transportation (subway) !

Located just next to Yuyuan Garden and Yuyuan Old Street Square. Very convenient for food and shopping all around in very short walking distance. Rooms are relatively new and clean. Front desk is very helpful. The setback is that there is only 1 lift serving all floors and hotel entrance is small (size of 1 shoplot width). Also, the hotel is not accessible by car due to its location in the centre of tourist spot (roads are closed for tourists to walkabout). Need to walk for about less than 100 meter to get Didi or other public transportation. Therefore, those with large multiple luggages will have some difficulties. Overall, this is a nice, convenient and affordable hotel.

So centric hotel, clean, modern, all types of plots to charge your devices. Fast check-in and check out, you can let the luggage too if you need to stay after your acomodation.

Hotel is convenient and close to metro, the staff was helpful showing to use chinese app and get to wherever need to go 5 AM. Very pleased.
