It is located at the central area at Xuhui. You will find many bars and coffee nearby. The room itself is not easy to find so the host guided me all the way to approach the room. This place is small but tidy and clean. Recommend.

Pretty cool place to stay, lots of cafes, bars and BBQ places in the area and only a thirty minute metro ride straight from hongqiao station. You add the host on WeChat in advance with directions and passcodes for the apartment.

This was an excellent place to stay in a great central location in Shanghai. The loft apartment is well decorated and comfortable beds were great. You can hear some street noise. The kitchen did not have any condiments or oil but did have pots and pans and tableware. The oven doesn’t currently work but the stovetop is great. There is also a very nice high pressure shower and comfortable bathroom although the drain does smell a bit. The location is quiet and although the walls are thin it is a peaceful street. The apartment is also relatively accessible for older people (except the upstairs loft of course). Both beds are large and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive when checking in remotely. Initially the code did not get sent automatically so I had to reach him and he was very happy and fast to help. He also allowed us to store our bags. When we returned to pick up our bags the door code had expired and he was responsive via phone in helping us address this. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location. Comfortable bed. Reliable hot water. The kitchen lacked utensils (eg sieve, large bowls) but the washing machine, dishwasher, fridge worked well.

Such a great place to stay. A bit tricky to find, bit once you're in it's amazing and very comfortable 😀

Neighborhood is great but it is about a 20 minute walk to any metro station. Place is clean, though it’s on the ground floor so expect some bugs. Found 2 slugs somehow wandered into the room 🙃

Room was a bit difficult to find but the directions by the host made it easy. Nice and comfortable room for a fair price.

The room is look good but a lot of mosquito inside a room .The place located nearby the shopping center but the entrance to the hotel a bit hard to find.

Just around 200 metres from Middle Huaihai metro station. The building architecture is classic Shikumen style of Shanghai, surrounded by the local residents houses. Our room was on the 1st floor. We contact the host via Wechat (use the telephone number given in Trip.com) to ask the exact location. The host were so helpful. The heater didn't work well at first night, we told the host and they fixed it on the next day. They also let us deposit our luggages after the check-out time. The only problem was the water drained so slow when we took a showern. Love this place:)

quite spacious and clean, the bed a bit too hard, the bathroom a bit too small, a bit noisy in the mornings haha quaily/price highly recomended, washing machine, air conditioner, hot water all working perfectly. The service and comunication with the owner excellent.

Amazing little getaway hiding in a nook in the middle of Xuhui / French Concession. Especially lovely rooftop views at night. Very close to Shaanxi South subway station 陕西南路. Two minor inconveniences: 1) it’s on the third floor with no elevator, but they did help us with our luggage on arrival. 2) the downstairs neighbor is very sensitive to noise, so travelers with little kids beware!

It was in a very cute neighborhood. Easy to get in and out of the stay. It was a futon and bed instead of two beds. Overall clean expect shower could have been cleaner. Easy to contact owner and self register stay.

Amazing location in the heart of the Former French Concession. Loved the compound area and there are many coffeeshops, restaurants and bars in the area.
