The room we booked was clean and nice, but the problem is it is a bit small if you have 2 big luggages. They will clean your room everyday and give free bottled water. Service is good and location is great, near to metro and a lot of restaurants.

Very comfortable bed and pillow. and loved that it had laundry space. didn get to use the exercise equipment cuz walking during the day was bad enough but they looked well maintained location was a bit far from the lujiabang station, closer to madang station breakfast was good too, and had a decent spread overall great stay :) i'm not sure why the hotel staff kept opening the windows during cleaning though
