The hotel is far from brand new but it is very well maintained. The location is superb, with lots of restaurants and cafes to explore in the area. Many of these cafes serve alcohol too, perfect for a quick drink in the evening. The hotel receptionist solved a technical issue quickly and upgraded our room to compensate for lost time.

The old man at the door is just a decoration again. He puts his hands in his pockets and watches you pass by. He can't see anyone, let alone open the car door for you and take your luggage. Last time I brought a suitcase, he was still there talking on the phone passionately. Service: Poor I don't know what the front desk means. I have stayed in various room types before, so I specially booked the most expensive king-size bed room again this time, but was arranged on a very low floor I have booked a king-size bed room at this price several times before. The bedding is obviously more comfortable, and the disposable items are packaged differently from other price rooms. The room is also larger and equipped with a smart toilet But I don't know why I was arranged a room that is not any worse this time. Then I can book the cheapest room. Why must I book this one? Hygiene: Average

I booked a one-bedroom suite on Ctrip, but found that there was no bathtub and balcony after checking in. Then I called the front desk. The front desk lady was very friendly. After learning about our needs, she finally upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite for free. It had a balcony and a bathtub. The next night, I arranged a bubble bath for my baby, and she was very happy! On the first night, I also experienced the hotel's hot pot and seafood buffet, which was great and had a lot of varieties. The price is more affordable for people over 65 years old, which is really conscientious. The grass skiing in the hotel is average; the table tennis project made my baby like it and played for a long time; the swimming pool is really good, with three pools and a suitable temperature, and the baby had a lot of fun. The hotel can order takeout, and the robot will deliver it to the door of the room, which is really convenient. Overall, it's really great, looking forward to coming again next time!

The room is big, but generally speaking, it is an old hotel and cannot be compared with new hotels. The breakfast has rich varieties and the stay experience is quite good. Fudan University is next to the hotel, which has a very cultural atmosphere.

Stayed here on a last-minute reservation after a missed train. We were in and out within 12 hours, so really just a brief night stay. That said, service was quick and staff were helpful, wheeling our luggage into the hotel from our taxi and up to our room. Room was very large and comfortable. Grabbed carry out / take away from one of the hotel's on-site restaurants (The Bistro) and they delivered it to our room without charge. Walked the next morning to the nearby train station; takes about 10-15 minutes and there are lots of stairs, so be aware. The front desk offered to call a taxi, but we declined.
