Nice hotel with a great location by Nanjing Road and People's Square. Lots of restaurants nearby, room service, and restaurants in the hotel. I chose the room that I chose because of the bathtub. Do not make the same mistake I did. The bathtub is big, so that's not the problem. The bathtub is right against the sink countertop so you cannot lean your head back. Then there is the glass on one side of the tub, so you cannot stick your arm over the edge of the tub, or even relax on the side of the tub. I wanted to read, but because my arm was stuck, I couldn't do so comfortably. Also, because of the glass location, impossible to watch TV from tub. And there is no counter by tub (except the sink behind) to place goods or drinks. It would be better if the glass could move, and the hotel could realistically do that.I know it would be impossible to move the tub, and it might not be a problem for all (I am tall). So beautiful design, just not super functional. I know other rooms have other tub types... If you are big into relaxing and reading in a tub during a get-a-way, get one of the others. Room got to 19-20° so that was nice. The windows also opened partially, so being able to get some fresh air was also nice Room service menu is only on the TV... While I get being eco friendly... Still a copy in the room or a note saying it's on the TV would be nice. I'd stay again, but I would choose a room with a more accommodating tub (which I know they have).

An excellent hotel to stay, if you know how to get around it is easy to get to the hotel by the train from Shanghai pudo international airport to Hongqiao airport , especially during the day when the traffic conditions are bad, please asking for a direction from the hotel

Good service, helpful front desk as well as house keeping ! Clean room. Breakfast items were limited, hope this can improve.

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Snow World Hotel from April 15-17. From the beautiful location and comfortable atmosphere to the exceptional service, everything was beyond our expectations. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the staff, especially Mr. H, who went above and beyond to take care of us. He kindly guided us to the restaurants, helped us find the ticketing area, called transportation when needed, and most memorably, organized the sweetest birthday surprise for our daughter, Merry. She absolutely loved it and keeps saying how much she enjoyed staying here. This hotel is not only lovely and well-equipped, but also filled with genuinely kind and thoughtful people. Thank you for making our trip so special and unforgettable. We truly hope to return again soon!

Excellent service, amenities and location -don't even need to leave the neighbourhood for interesting shops, good bakeries, coffee and food. Room was very clean, with well-maintained furnishings, proper study desk and chair and power socket at bedside. Gym was well equipped, just slightly smaller than other 5star hotels.

The hygiene is not up to the five-star standard. When I took up my bathrobe to take a shower at night, there was a stain on the shoulder. The wardrobe is open. Didn't the aunt see it when she changed in? Didn't the second inspection see it? Or was it just a formality? The funniest thing is that when I reported this problem to the man at the front desk, he just shook his head and didn't give any answer. He just kept saying that this is not a problem for the hotel. Is this the employee training of a five-star hotel? They are so perfunctory in the visible parts, and I dare not think about the invisible parts.

Hotel room is spacious. Excellent service. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful and professional. Hotel is near to Fudan University metro station.

Very good experience of staying in Crowne Plaza Shanghai Jinxiu. The location is the centre of Pudong district and next to a shopping centre called Spring of Paris. I enjoyed the foods around the hotel which is the first and foremost thing when I come back to China :) The room is very clean and services are also good. The price is quite attractive considering it's a 5-star brand. I also had a coffee in the bar which has quite big space and nice desserts. Highly recommended.

The front desk service is very good and the breakfast environment is good. There is a lake behind the hotel with a great lake view. Opposite is the Qingpu Library, which looks like a moored ship. Next time I check in, I will go there earlier, sit in the library, and watch the sunset over the lake.

This stay was a great experience. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. Although the hotel is quite old, the maintenance of the facilities is still good. The service staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was fast and efficient. Jasper and Derek is good. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. All in all, it's worth recommending.
