"It was very clean! It's a 20-minute bus ride from the station, and then about a 7-minute walk from the bus stop to the hotel. The staff were also very kind, and I had a relaxing stay! It was nice that there's also a bar and restaurant on the first floor."

"Good location for Disney land Paris it’s walkable in 15 mins or there is a free shuttle bus for part of the day. The hotel doesn’t offer room service so our beds weren’t mad or towels changed. The towel provided is thin and rough and tiny. If using the pool the shower is broken and no towels provided so you have to walk through the hotel wet with your tiny room Towel and then can’t get dry after showering in your room."

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. I understand that this hotel does not have air conditioning, and I accepted that when booking. However, during a 34°C heatwave, the hotel should have prepared enough fans for every room. When we arrived, even the reception area was unbearably hot, and our room was even worse. The only way to cool the room was to open the windows, but directly outside was a funfair with loud music that continued until around midnight. Even after the music stopped, guests were talking, shouting, laughing and making noise throughout the night. The sound insulation was extremely poor, so every conversation echoed through the garden and into our room. With the windows closed, the room was too hot to sleep; with the windows open, the noise made sleeping impossible. We had to wake up early the next morning for Disneyland, so this completely ruined the start of our trip. On the second day, we finally received a fan—but only one. We had booked a family room, so only part of the room benefited from it while everyone else was still left in the heat. Opening the windows still meant putting up with loud music, drunk guests and people chatting until the early hours. The reception service was also disappointing. When we arrived by car, we waited outside the parking gate for a long time, repeatedly pressing the intercom, but nobody answered or opened the gate. We had no choice but to keep driving around while one of us got out, queued for check-in and discovered there was only one receptionist on duty. He made no effort to respond to the parking gate or apologise for the inconvenience. Overall, the staff member was not very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel during the summer, especially if you’re travelling with children or planning early starts. A good night’s sleep is simply impossible under these conditions."

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. We were there to visit the Disney parks, and it was the best decision we made! The Disney hotels were exorbitantly expensive, and this one offered excellent value for money. We were right next to the mall and a 9-minute walk from the metro, which is just one stop from Disney – meaning we were there in 18 minutes. Coming back was also great, as the metro gets crowded with people returning, and our stop was the first one. The area felt super safe to walk around at night too. The place was very clean and organized. The breakfast spread was very generous, with lots of options and fresh ingredients. There's no air conditioning, but there's a fan that was a lifesaver during those hot days. Wilson at the front desk was very helpful and even managed to get us an extra fan. We would definitely come back."

"Here’s the review with that point naturally incorporated: Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay, and I would not recommend this property. The self check-in process is unnecessarily complicated. The instructions initially direct you to a different side of the apartment building, which is confusing. Unless you read them very carefully, it’s easy to spend at least 30 minutes just trying to check in. Between accessing the building, collecting the keys, entering the apartment, retrieving the car park fob from the kitchen, and finally getting to the parking area, you end up opening around 6–8 different doors before you’re fully checked in. It is far more complicated than it needs to be. The underground parking is secure, but it is very dark, has a strong unpleasant smell, and many of the surrounding parking spaces appear to be used as storage areas, giving the whole area an untidy feel. Inside the apartment, the linen was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the main bed was acceptable. However, the sofas were heavily worn, stained, and looked dirty. The sofas shown in the listing photos appear clean, tidy, and in good condition, but they do not reflect the actual condition of the furniture provided. The listing also suggested the apartment was suitable for three adults and children, but the sleeping arrangements don’t realistically support that. The sofa bed is very worn, and the single sofa bed isn’t suitable for either adults or children. Before arriving, I contacted the host to request fans as there was a heatwave forecast. I received no response. The apartment became extremely hot, and with no fans or any form of ventilation, it was very difficult to sleep. Travelling with young children made this even more challenging. There are also several maintenance issues. The toilet door handles are very stiff, the wardrobe doors are difficult to operate, and the bedroom has no main light—only bedside lamps. The only convenient power socket is occupied by the bedside lamp, so if you need to charge your phone, you have to unplug the lamp and leave the room without lighting. The hallways throughout the building also have a persistent unpleasant smell. The biggest issue occurred on the morning of checkout. At around 8:30 am, the water supply stopped completely. We were unable to shower, wash properly, or get ourselves and the children ready before leaving. I contacted the property immediately but was simply told to send an email and wait up to six hours for a response, which was completely impractical given we were checking out that morning. I then contacted Trip.com customer service, who responded immediately and genuinely tried to help by contacting the property. Unfortunately, the property management never responded to them either, leaving customer service with very few options other than offering a small compensation. While I appreciated Trip.com’s prompt support, it did not resolve the situation. Having to end a family holiday without running water and without being able to take a shower is simply unacceptable. Overall, while the apartment has a few positives such as secure parking, clean linen, and a functional kitchen, these were outweighed by misleading listing photos, poor communication from the host, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, inadequate facilities during a heatwave, maintenance issues, and the complete lack of support when a major issue occurred. I would not recommend this property. The only positive experience was Trip.com’s customer service, who responded promptly and did their best to assist despite the property’s lack of cooperation."
