Udh check in br dtg tukang ac isi freon ama benerin wastafel mampet, sprei dan handuk baru diganti yg bersih. End up 2 bungkus gede tissue basah dipake buat ngelap lantai berdebunya. Dengan harga yg mahal tp facility dan service yg didapatkan mengecewakan. Breakfast jg totally not recommended, jd mesen dan bayar indomie. Dan ini not only happend di kamar saya, kamar mertua dan ipar jg dpt issue yg sama, br isi freon setelah tamu check in."

"I don't even know how to describe it. The hygiene was absolutely appalling. The room was swarming with ants, mosquitoes, and geckos. The windows were leaky. I'm speechless. The mattress was filthy, covered only by a sheet. The blankets were unbearable to look at; I didn't dare use them at night because they were so dirty. I even got two ant bites on my body. Couldn't you at least improve the cleanliness? Over 400 RMB a night! I'm truly astonished! I'll never come back. I've never stayed in such a terrible room."
