Great service even though it’s a high season. Staff at front desk are very helpful and informative. The hotel room and the hotel is in great condition. The room is excellent and clean. Room cleaning service is at top level. The swimming pool is well cleaned also. Breakfast is served with a good variety of cuisine. The position of the hotel is excellently convenient. The airport bus stop is just opposite the hotel, subway station exits are within 1 min walking. It just takes 10-15 mins walk to Myeongdong shopping area. The deal is exactly as prompted. Got mini bar refilled everyday. Can see Korea tower from room😍. Thank you for the great deal. Definitely will choose VOCCO Myeongdong next time.

The hotel service didn’t feel like a four-star experience at all. Sorry 🙁 The amenities were quite limited—no toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Drinking water was available near the lift through a water dispenser/filter. My room faced another building, so I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time to maintain privacy. However, it did offer a view of Namsan Tower, which was a nice touch. They mentioned that we would be charged if there was a stain on the bedsheet, but when we checked in, there were already stains on both the bedsheet and the curtain. I had to take pictures and videos as proof to show that these stains were there before we arrived and weren’t caused by us. It was quite frustrating. In terms of location, it’s a bit far from Myeongdong, about a 20-minute walk. However, there’s a bus stop just a minute away, which makes traveling to Myeongdong more convenient. The airport pickup point right in front of the hotel was another plus.

The room is so spacious. It has a direct bus (Bus6701) from Incheon International Airport and stops in front of the hotel. It’s just walking distance to Gyeonbokgung Palace, Gwaghwamun square, Cheonggyeocheon Stream, Deoksugung Palace, cityhall mrt, myeongdong st. CU convenience store is just beside the hotel. Everything is excellent except the amenities. They don’t have toothbrush. Bring your own or buy at the convenience store beside the hotel. Other than that, everything is ok. I will still book again in this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The stay this time round fell short compared to previous stays as basic necessities like toothbrush, toothpaste and razor now comes with a fee to “promote recycling”. In my opinion, for guests like myself who came without preparing, it kind of makes no sense since buying them from the hotel or the convenience store wouldn’t make any difference anyway - it would eventually be thrown away upon leaving the hotel

The hotel is centrally located, which allowed for easy movement around the city. The staff have been extremely helpful and the service was of the highest quality, always smiling and eager to help. The rooms were consistently cleaned up daily and the hotel staff even assisted in setting us up with SIM cards to make navigation easy. The Plaza should be the number 1 option to stay in your travels to Seoul and quite possibly the best hotel we ever stayed in the world!!!

Perfect location and easy arrive from ICN airport. Hotel located at main street of Myeongdong and opposite is lotte department store. Breakfast buffet is included in my order and served from 7-10. Choice is enough and environment is clean and food is nice. This hotel is my favourite in Seoul

Hotel was beautiful and everything was intricately designed and pictures don’t do it justice. They gave us complimentary chocolate for our anniversary! Bed and pillows were soft. Toilet was huge and I enjoyed the bathtub. Gym was clean and had a nice design and equipment efficient and sufficient. 10 min walk to Myeongdong (we also took the subway one stop) and 15-20 min walk to namsan cable car via glass elevator. The traditional market was also right behind the hotel and mall next door. Very good shopping location. Hotel was near the subway station, and the nearest exit was connected to the shinsagae mall food basement (I think it was exit 7). The subway elevator to this exit was not obvious so may not be easy for guests with big luggage (there was one flight of steps coming up from the platform). From the station exit instead of walking up the slope to the hotel you can take an escalator inside the police station across the road/ pedstrian crossing (but closes at 10pm). Take lift up to the check in reception.

The location is good because the hotel is very close to the subway station. However, a major problem is the air conditioning. The system is centralized, so they can’t turn on the A/C if other guests have complained about feeling cold. My room was very hot and stuffy, making it difficult to breathe, so I had to open the window to get some air. No refunds or cancellations are allowed, even if they can’t turn on the A/C. The furniture is also quite old. Think twice before book this hotel. By the way, staff is very nice and helpful.
