The environment is clean and tidy, there is a balcony, the transportation is convenient, there is breakfast with rich varieties, and the varieties are changed frequently. The disadvantage is that it is often full, and you may not be able to book a room if you are not careful, so you must book in advance.

I travel a lot for business and holidays, I visit a lot of hotels in the world, so I think I can make good comparisons. This was my 12th trip to Pattaya. I booked a trip for 3 1/2 weeks , this time with my wife and 2 small kids. We intended to upgrade from hotel every week. Holiday Inn was our first destination and the hotel surprised me a lot. SWOT analysis Strengths: New, helpful staff, 4 elevators, extremely clean, breakfast better then average, kids club, 2 + 1 (kid) pool, generally quiet place, close to beach, balcony, feels very safe, child friendly, sunset from infinity pool, kids under 11 free (max 2 same room) ..... Weaknesses: Some distance to center but this doesn't have to be a disadvantage, view from room balcony does only cover a part of the Pattaya gulf Opportunities:There is no doubt the popularity of this hotel will be further spread through word of mouth Threats: I don't see any threats at the moment, considering the value for money you get This hotel has a HUGE advantage, it has it's own 7-11 inside the building (executive tower) at same prices as in center. Extremely handy when too hot outside, when heavy rain or just when you need something. Don't underestimate this big advantage. Conclusion: While many hotels are cutting back on service and investments these days, this hotel is currently a gem (July 2025) We changed to a more expensive hotel this week, more towards the center. I really regret I left the Holiday Inn. I hope this review can be useful to you all, and for the staff of Holiday Inn a token of my support. All the best

Pro: - good price at around RM 100 + per night - strategic location near to the lively pattaya beach: 3-4 min by walking - Walking distance to terminal 21, Central pattaya and Marina Outlet at around 10-15 min - Instagrammable themed hotel setting - Good Service and friendly staffs Con: - Unstable heater in the bathroom - Poor soundproof from the hotel - No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. - Dim light in the hotel, hard to make up even in the daylight time

This place is great, small apartment with kitchen full fridge, toaster and hotplates. Plus on balcony is a washing machine, with drying rack. Checkin is a bit diff but if you just follow instructions that are sent to you it goes smoothly. Staff were great, they let us check out 2 hrs late at no charge which made our afternoon much easier. It is in a good location to everything, beach,shopping, walking st etc and 7 11 5mins walk. We stayed on 18th floor of building B. Both have pools but only A is on roof. But both roofs have amazing views .

The room was not very clean. There were stains on the furniture. There is no sound insulation. It is impossible to sleep at night. The windows overlook the bars, and there are parties all night. One of the advantages is a good swimming pool, a beautiful view of the city. You can ask for hanging towels. There would be no complaints about this number if the price was 20% lower.

We had excellent stay at Portosalo, Koh Larn. The hotel is stunning, staff so friendly, breakfast was excellent Big thank to khun Up at the reception he added such an elegant and special touch to our stay at the hotel.

Cleanliness: 5/5. The room and linen was clean to a high standard. The only negative remark is that the fridge smelled of the previous guests food. Location: 4/5. The location was practical for what I was looking for but it is a fair walk from both beaches. You can catch the pickup bus to both from the street outside the hotel. Service: 4/5. The staff were friendly when we interacted with them. Amenities: 4/5. They provided basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel and cotton buds but not extra things like toothbrushes and toothpaste. Note: The room was not particularly soundproof and we could hear guests talking and walking past outside our room.

The area is good, it is in the middle and it is a quiet place, you can sleep peacefully when you want, there is also an arrangement to go and go, and the morning breakfast is also on time. I enjoyed the history.
