Best Seoul Hotels

The room is well-equipped, but a little small. It is OK in Seoul and will be selected. It is more suitable for me. The room facilities are complete and the heating is very warm. It is a recommended hotel for traveling.

The hotel has complete facilities, there are separate toilets for bathing, shower gel shampoo, but no disposable toothbrushes and slippers. The slippers provided are not disposable. It is recommended to bring your own cups. Negative one has breakfast very intimate, milk juice slices bread eggs, Western breakfast is relatively simple. There are many restaurants nearby, the transportation is very convenient, many attractions can be walked, it is close to the Anguo Road subway station, and the distance from another subway station is also accepted. The only downside was that the sheets were not changed, and there was hair on the bed.

Check-in time was 8 o'clock, so I arrived at 8 o'clock. But I don't know if it was a part-time job or the owner, but the young woman Check-in is originally 10 o'clock, but Trip.com says 8 o'clock. I felt bad the first time because I said something like, ”I can't do it, but I'll do it for you.” Shouldn’t I learn a new way to speak to customer service? The location is good, it's about 700 meters from COEX so it's suitable for walking. Cleanliness... I think it's just acceptable. It feels a bit old.

The room is very spacious and quiet. The drinks in the refrigerator are free. There is a 711 convenience store downstairs, which makes life very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station.

If you take a car, there are not many parking spaces on the first floor of the basement, so mechanical parking is full. Very unfriendly and cold talk about 40 parking staff! How to do the car! Order language ㅋㅋㅋ (I have to self-service in mechanical parking directly) just go well and try to check in at the front desk. ㅠㅜ Staff who unlocked the buttons on the suit after about three minutesㅋㅋㅋ Check in quickly and get keys and enter the room. The hotel here has a great view of Han River. ! It's good to think of it as a price for everything that is old and old.

Service is so-so considering the price I (my company) paid, I was expecting more perks. Just be honest ... if you are cust-cutting, no need to try acting cool as if you are a Sustainability hero or hard core environmentalist ... Anyway, Seoul's shopping mall culture is apparent and this Lotte property as well, is literally attached to a huge Lotte Shopping Center next to Gimpo Airport, also open until quite late, as late as 10pm. Can't ask for better convenience

”While searching for accommodation near Gongdeok Station, I mistakenly booked a budget-friendly place and ended up staying for a night. In conclusion, I think there's no hotel that matches this price range. What could be more important than warmth in the cold winter? The room I stayed in had a cozy ondol (underfloor heating). Additionally, warm water flowed generously during showers. Considering the price, I believe it's unfair to compare other aspects with 4-5 star hotels. I definitely have the intention to stay again next time.”

Lex is in an amazing location. Staff are friendly and the rooms are really comfortable and clean. There's a small issue of the clubs in the basement that are quite loud and reverberate through the building until about 7am. I was on the 7th floor and could still hear the bass a bit. The staff and listings were very clear about this issue before check in and I'm a pretty deep sleeper, so it's not a problem for be. If you're a light sleeper, maybe the 10th floor or higher would be better... Maybe...

I visit Seoul yearly and Lotte Hotel World is one of best I've stayed so far. Location: Great for cherry blossoms scenery with Lake View rooms and we managed to catch beautiful sunrise too. Although not near most tourist attractions, it's located above 2 subway stations & linked to Lotte malls. Customer Service: Excellent customer service. Kudos to Front Desk Mr Duke Lee & Ms Hwang Yoonkyoung for being so patient and accomdating with my many requests as I was travelling with family of 13. I really appreciate the attentiveness of Mr Duke as he would approach me when he saw me walking towards the front desk to assist me and even asked how were the day trips we went for. I would also like to thank Ms Sharon Kim from Room Reservations for being so helpful and patient too! Room: Well maintained & no complaints. Multi usb points means we don't have to fight to charge devices. Amenities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell nice! Only downside was toothbrush was chargable which we didn't expect. But it is part of the hotel's sustainability movement hence we respect that. We also had a room which was the Junior Suite. Spacious room with living room and dining area with basic kitchen. If utensils are provided, it would have been even more convenient as we bought some food back. Breakfast: One of the widest selection I have seen. Pastry selection is good and the croissants were hot favourite of the family. The service team is also attentive and prompt. We were always greeted with warm welcome and smiles. Overall: Thank you for making my family feel welcomed and we enjoyed our stay very much!
