Hotels in Hannam-dong/Itaewon, Seoul

An excellent stay. From the moment I arrived I felt very well taken care of. Every member of staff was polite, friendly, and patient. I booked a twin room but was offered a King size on arrival. I had a river view that was so beautiful! Namsan park is just across the road - the location is perfect, perfect, perfect! Room service was prompt and the food was good. I didn’t have breakfast. I did eat at JJ Mahoney’s and that was excellent - super service!! The one thing that did seem odd was I couldn’t seem to not get water all over the floor when using the shower. Not sure if it was the pressure (which was great), or the angle of the shower head (which I did adjust to try and rectify things). Nice to see sustainability measures in place for amenities, towels etc. Oh - checking in on a Friday seems to be incredibly busy. I came home from an excursion at around 4pm on Friday and the lobby was jam packed (as was the gallery for tea etc.) so perhaps try and time your visit accordingly. Excellent stay, will definitely be back!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They gave me directions whenever needed and helped me get a SIM card. The hotel is a walking distance from itaewon subway station where you can find a variety of restaurants and shops. The hotel design, cleanliness and services are top notch! The underground ground floor had a library, restaurants, a cafe and a convenience store which I really loved!! Gym, sauna and jacuzzi can be used once a day and are very clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back here it’s worth every penny

Very nice place. The location is just absolutely perfect. The room is a bit small but it actually has a great bed and the place where girls do their make up is actually fits well in place. The tv was enormous. However, their was a construction going on outside so there is thumping and vibrating noise in the morning. Also the price is devilish.

This hotel is good quality for the price I paid. The double bedrooms are up to a good standard and the bathrooms are modern and spacious. I did not sample the breakfast. However, the only issue is that this hotel has one working lift. They need to fix the other lift because waiting for the lift can take time. Great location and I would stay here again!

The location is near Namsan, so it feels like you're outdoors, not in the city, and the air is different and nice. However, the service was good because there were no staff when I first arrived, and when I checked out, the cashier just stared at me before and after the taxi arrived and didn't respond at all, so I had doubts about whether the service was really Banyatree.

My no.1 hotel in Seoul, the location was great you can connect both metro and bus in front of hotel and airport limousine drop you directly. Surrounded by Hannam and nice restaurant. Olive young and footlocker just spotted in front of hotel. If you dont mind about noisy this alternative was great !

Great hostel for single traveller. Room came with a fridge and the shared toilets and showers were well kept and clean. Very new property, would stay again. Near itaewon station and close to nearby Olive Young, Nike and ABC Mart. Free DIY breakfast with eggs and toasts!

The guesthouse owner is very kind and attentive. If you need anything he will help right away. The guesthouse is in a great location close to a lot of bars and restaurants. This place has few amenities but it's a great value for the price. It's a great solo traveling spot because lots of people will talk and hangout in the common area. I would stay again!

great location with nice staff, biggest con is the flight of stairs to go up to the ”first floor” to go down to the reception and steeper stairs to go floors above nonetheless, did a pub crawl in itaewon and it was soo convenient to go back to the hostel, which isnt disturbed by the music and bars just down the road

The cleanest hostel I've ever been to !! This price is really ridiculous 😱 Very close to Itaewon Station and tidy whiteton Interior and clean toilet, clean shower Very very well done !!! I had a good time with my foreign friends I met at the hostel. There is a kitchen on the second floor, so it is convenient to cook food and there is also a refrigerator. I could talk and play while watching TV or playing guitar However, it can be difficult to find the location at first. Easy to search for the Midoriya restaurant next door! Right next door! Really the best hostel ❤️❤️❤️
