Great customer experiences from check in to check out. We had a wonderful breakfast buffet as it was just too many choices and fantastic tastes. Definitely will come back soon.

服務非常好，不愧是首爾福布斯榜上的酒店～
房間裝修確實是有點舊了 但還是非常乾淨整潔，打掃衞生的水平也是五星級的標準，很好。
工作人員的英語水平都非常不錯，還免費升級了房間，非常感謝。
配套設施很棒，對面就是免税店，酒店有擺渡車去明洞和地鐵站，非常方便，地鐵站附近還有便利店。
住在新羅非常的舒適，下次來首爾還回來住。

The hotel rooms and staff are very good but the gym and swimming pool are very crowded, day and night. Many local Koreans are active members of the facilities. We went to the indoor swimming pool 3 days in a row and it was packed with people every time! I’ve never seen 4 people squeezed in one pool lane! And we felt like the locals were their priority not the hotel guests. There were lots of people in the lobby restaurant and the lobby too. The hotel looked like a theme park. I didn’t expect and have never been to a five star hotel like that. If the hotel rate was half of what we paid I would be ok with it, but it was very premium priced. I wouldn’t stay there again.

酒店位置方便，服務態度超級好，服務員顏值在線！房間沐浴產品味道很好聞！一樓的冰沙600一份，味道還可以的！自助餐900一位，但是食材很新鮮！服務也是一流！本地人來吃的比較多！晚上還有助唱，唱的很好聽。適合慢慢enjoy

We had such a great stay at The Shilla Seoul. The hotel has a vibe that we really loved. Our room was super comfortable and had an amazing view.
Everyone we met was friendly and professional. A special shoutout to Dustin Lee, who was especially kind and helpful.
