房間面積大，衞生間也很大，兩個洗臉盆，乾濕分離。
服務人員態度很好。英文不錯。
房間內有衣物護理機。
早餐是普通五星級酒店水準，沒有特別亮眼的地方。
位置附近有便利店，BHC炸雞外賣店。我們出門都是坐車所以沒有特別的注意周圍。
健身房是亮點，還有免費的健身衣服和鞋子可以租用，免費的。有普拉提器械教室，有室內高爾夫，所有器械都是泰諾健。

晚上到達入住順利，很舒服的環境，服務很好，早餐很豐富，選擇比較多，最有特點的是房間的吹風機好輕感覺要比戴森更好用。

整體房間佈局還是很不錯的，高樓層景色挺漂亮，視野夠開闊，房間也很乾凈。早餐一般般，而且同期入住的人與人比較多，顯得有點嘈雜，附近連着一個商場，但沒啥人氣，還是要出門覓食，韓國出租車司機英文一般，每次打車都好難啊。客房服務響應速度比較慢，幾乎每次送個東西都要等很久，感覺加價格有點兒虛高吧。

房間真的很不錯 環境真的很好 雖然部分裝飾是鮮花和假花參着來的 但一點不妨礙整個酒店給人正面直觀的感受 很漂亮 我帶的一次性床品阿姨也會鋪的非常齊整 員工態度也都很好 微笑服務 行李箱全程解放雙手

第二次住在這裏了，這次臨時來因為家裡人在首爾突發疾病，從入住時提到了身體不舒服開始後面一切的服務都非常的貼心，不管是對於病人餐食上的特殊照顧還是因需要回國就醫提前一天退房，酒店的工作人員都非常的配合和周到。真的非常感謝🙏
