The hotel is quite nice and a have enough space for us to move around. The check in time is 7pm but the owner give us early check in. This makes us really ease as we need to put luggage and going out back. The owner is nice! Although we have communication barrier but he communicate with translator which we can understand each other. I ordered room for 2 but as a last min plan I bring another one person. The owner give a discount on the additional guest. Good service as we first step up in the hotel 👍🏼 During the check in time, the owner shows us how to turn on the heater but the tv seems like not working. But the next day the tv is working fine which the owner is putting his effort to make the tv working although I already said it’s okay (bcs we don’t have enough time to watch). Good service! Toilet is clean like a new toilet. We stayed 4d3n and the owner ask us if we want to clean the room. The next day our hotel is cleaned up and replace with the new towels, mineral water. There is heater in the bed which really helpful for us since the weather is cold. There are fan and air conditioning. Water dispenser and microwave also have. There is CU Mart infront of the hotel. This makes us ease for to topup & refund the t-money card. The only cons is - distance from hotel to the nearest subway station (MIA STATION) is around 15mins walking which makes me very tired. Seems like close but it is far actually. So only one time we walking to the station and the rest of the days we take taxi. Not recommended for those that very rely on public transport. No nearest bus station also. Not suitable for tourists/traveller unless you okay to walk along the way until station or main road.

The room has everything you need, 4-5 minutes walking distance from Samyang metro station. With this metro line, you can reach the most touristic places of the city after a few stops. There are markets and a large shopping mall around. If you like walking, there are street food stalls within a 20-minute walk in the evenings. The hotel owners are a nice, friendly couple. You can communicate with them via English Korean Google translation.

The staff are nice. The owner always keeps smiling to us. The room is ok with this budget. The hotel provides drinks but no hot water provided.

Location is great, there are two subway stations roughly 10 min and 4 min walk which can take you to everywhere in Seoul. Both hosts are really nice people, they’ll keep smiling at you and even try to communicate in English with you.

it was clean albeit it was smaller compared to standard hotel rooms. it has complete amenities and free wifi. It is a bit from the city proper but atleast it is near transportations.

It was pretty great! The best part was the people in charge who were really accommodating and chirpy 😊. About 1 hour away from the airport which if you think about it is not far since they’re aren’t many inexpensive accommodations near to the airport. And it was considerably close to the heart of Seoul

Stayed here with my wife during our trip to Seoul. Pro - WiFi works well - free water refill station - 7min walk from Mia Station (Line 4) Con - smelly rooms - shower & toilet one big room / no curtain - bed not properly washed (see photo)! luckily we had sleeping bags & liners with us

The owner was very kind and friendly. The room was also good and quiet, with an electric warming mattress and all the necessary stuff (TV, hairdryer, kettle) inside. The subway station and the bus stop are really close too (about 2 minutes from the hotel). Will definitely stay here again next time. 감사합니다!

Location: near underground station but 30m from Seoul station. Service: extremely good! Staff are so kind! Cleanliness : no problem Amenities: no problem Facility: no lift so, you have to use stairs.

A very compact little room but I enjoyed staying here as I wanted to run and hike up the mountains so it was perfect for that! The people were very friendly without speaking any English (or me Korean) but we communicated as needed. This was a great place to stay to see this part of Seoul.
