Semabu Hills Hotel Nusa Penida Reviews

This hotel our friend recommend to us. We took big one room, with pool access . Cleaning was not bad, but all stuff was a lit bit old and dirty . One time they change pillow with stain. In restaurant you should pay immediately , so don’t forget you money or card. We had include breakfast , but it was awful 🥲really nothing to eat. Anyway location is good, stuff is friendly, but I can’t recommend it to my friends next time.

The overall service is OK, and it is also very beautiful and photogenic. The only drawback is that the details of the room hygiene are not guaranteed, so you have to clean it yourself. The toilet and bathroom are a bit old and smelly, so it is recommended to close the door. The breakfast buffet and other overall services are very good. It is very close to the pier, less than one kilometer in a straight line, but you have to climb the slope and the road is uneven, RP 50K or rent a motorcycle RP 80-100K. Don't let the black cars at the pier rip you off.

I think this hotel is one of the best hotels on Nusa Penida because the environment on Nusa Penida is really bad. But this hotel is in contrast with the environment of the whole island. You can see Mount Agung from the swimming pool. The food in the hotel is also very delicious, but it is not very cheap. There are a lot of flies in the restaurant. But the spa in the hotel is really cheap and comfortable.

A wonderful hotel with a view of the ocean. The rooms are huge, but the only downside is that they are shabby. It would be ideal if they were updated a bit, and the bed linen and towels were replaced with new ones. But everything is great: the view, the pool, the separate rooms-cabins, the friendly staff, the delicious food (we took Nasi Goreng), it was great! The fried bananas are not bad, if you are lucky and they cook them from mini-bananas.

The location is on the top of the mountain. You can see Penida Harbor. The scenery is nice and quiet. The hotel restaurant is delicious and cheap. The experience is good. The swimming pool is clean. It is cost-effective. There are cockroaches occasionally.

The location is on the mountain of Penida Island, overlooking Penida and Bali. The scenery is very good. We were lucky to have a clear day when we checked in, and we could see the beautiful sunset and starry sky.

Now this is one of our favorite hotels ♥️ A very beautiful view opens onto the Agung volcano, but the volcano is not always ready to show itself, but you will definitely be lucky)) well-kept territory, excellent houses in which it is pleasant to be😃 delicious breakfasts and a good restaurant ☺️

The facilities are not new, but the shared pool is well-equipped, the food is delicious, the staff are hospitable, and best of all, it's in a great location for touring the tourist sites on Nusa Penida Island. This is not a problem with the hotel, but rather a characteristic of the island, so there are a lot of insects, which may be a big drawback for some people. Insect repellent and mosquito coils are essential.

The surroundings are desolate, the rooms are shabby, the hotel breakfast is not good, the price of renting a motorcycle is twice as much as outside, there is no hot water for showering at night, and the price is not cheap. The transportation on the island is expensive. It is much more convenient to live near the pier than here.
