Overall nice hotel. Breakfast was okay. Didn’t have any juice or anything like that just water, tea and coffee.

It was good for overall. I had a problem in my bathrooms door in previous room. The hotel gave me a sweet room which was better. Upgrade room without any charge. One of hotel staffs which named 娜娜 Nana helped a lot. She is very kind. She prepared a breakfast box for my field trip leaving very early morning next day. She gave me a gift of waterbottle when I left. The hotel is little bit old and far from downtown but it was quiet and worth comparing a hotel in downtown.

I decided to book it again when I came to Chongqing this time hahaha In fact, the room facilities are still average, but the check-in experience is so good The front desk lady Xiaoliu is very considerate and super enthusiastic to help me find the express delivery! It's so happy to be able to soak my feet comfortably when I return to the hotel after my feet are weak! ! And it's lazy-friendly, afternoon tea can also be delivered to the room❤️ The customer service lady is also super nice! ! Very cute and considerate! It feels that every time I come, the hotel staff are smiling and speaking very gently🌹 The best thing is that breakfast is served until ten o'clock (must be emphasized), and I ate it comfortably this time! You can park anywhere on the two underground floors for free (the hotels I stayed at before, such as Lefeng, Zhefei, and Vienna, all said that there were no parking spaces, so you had to find a paid parking lot yourself). I arrived at the hotel at around 10 o'clock in the evening and wanted to have a midnight snack. The girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She took the map and circled three grilled fish restaurants frequented by locals for us. The nearest one was a five-minute walk away, and the taste was really good!
