The staff at the reception desk were courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the sound quality of the few English language film channels was poor.

Good location with MrT station beside (7-11 located walk way in station). service staff are friendly and nice attitude. However it may be lack of manpower , seems like staff are multi task. Room have a mould smell but look clean. Wash ball, sea salt and shaver are given. (Some hotel may need to request for shaver). Service staff from dinning room Are friendly and clearing of plate are fast however breakfast are abit disappointed. Complimentary parking are given for guest who drive.

Very nice

Very good location. Just a mere 3 minutes walk to Newton MRT station and 10 minutes walk to the Newton food court. Room is clean and spacious and reception staff were very courteous and polite. Will stay there again for my next visit.

The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, making both work and leisure activities convenient. 4. Dining Experience: The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both Western and Asian options, and everything tasted delicious. The dining area was cozy and the staff were attentive, often checking in to see if I needed anything—very thoughtful service. 5. Location and Transportation: The hotel is ideally located near a subway station and commercial areas, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the location is very convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel offers great value for money and truly thoughtful service. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit the city, and I highly recommend it to others!

Good location and great breakfast. Factilties are a bit old, but neat and well maintained

This was our first time staying at the Sheraton Singapore on Orchard Road, and it certainly lived up to its five-star rating. The hotel offers all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury property, and the service was up to par with the Sheraton brand, but it’s quite old compared to other 5-star hotels. The location is very convenient, with an MRT station nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Near Orchard Road, it’s also close to plenty of shopping and dining options, which we found very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we were satisfied with our stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base in Singapore if you like 5-star but has limited budget.

As soon as we entered the hotel, we were impressed by its magnificent, lavish setting and grand lobby, reminiscent of the 1980s. The view from our room overlooked a courtyard with British colonial houses, offering a glimpse into Singapore's past. Getting around is convenient with Newton MRT station just a 5-minute walk away, and local cuisine is easily accessible at the Newton Food Centre, a 7-minute walk from the hotel. Will come back again 😊

This is an old-established five-star hotel. It is very convenient to be next to Orchard Road and Newton MRT station. Their service is also very good and worth recommending.

Our 2nd stay and overall is good. Despite I didn’t inform the staycation is for my hubby birthday, the staff actually prepared a birthday cake and hand drew a birthday card for him! It’s indeed a surprise to us. Thank you!

Hotel location is very good. 5 mins to the Newton Food Centre via Exit B. The facilities seem old and may need to be renewed. Other than that, it is a good hotel so far.

this is old hotel and food there is just okay. I ordered chicken sandwich and the mayo they used was too much and fries were not taste fresh! The location itself is great.
